I have been going to Scott Clark Toyota for about 7 years, but stopped going for about 2 years after moving. I decided to go back after receiving a coupon in the mail for oil chan...

Worst

This place is terrible. I do not recommend them at all. They have tried to screw me when I went it to buy a new car. Shady SHADY SHADY People.

I've been taking my Toyotas to Scott Clark for several years now. Over the years I have witnessed the raising of the bar to deliver quality and personal service. Archie Newton is an example of an associate who truly believes that the customer deserves honesty and quality if you choose to get your car serviced at Scott Clark. As a female with little mechanical knowledge I appreciate that Archie explains issues in terms I can understand without intimidation. more

Shirly Wood my service writer does an excellent job. She gets everything right on every visit. I have known Shirly for many years both at Scott Clark and at another dealer. She is very good at what she does. Scott Clark is lucky to have Shirly working for them. more

I have been buying my cars from Scott Clark's since 1997...for one reason only...Pete Acree. Pete is an absolute must deal with Service Advisor. I have complete trust in him. He has always made sure that my car is taken care of appropriately and in a timely manner. He is very personable and he knows his customers; it's that extra special touch that adds to the service experience. If you want the best...ask for Pete Acree. more

Scott Clark has done an outstanding job of taking care of my 2009 Highlander for the five years that I have owned it. Billy Carroll is extremely professional and always insures that all of my concerns are addressed completely and promptly. This is my first Toyota and Mr. Carroll is the reason that it will also be my next car. more

He is exceptional with explaining any problems that occur with my car and informing me of services needed to keep me and my family safe while traveling. We have purchased seven vehicles from Scott Clark Toyota. We have not used the same sales person twice, yet each purchase has been a pleasant experience. I believe what keeps us returning to Scott Clark is the service we receive there. We have been going to Crystal Terry for many years now and have full trust in her. She is very knowledgeable and takes very good care of us. I have recommended Scott Clark to many people and it is largely due to having great confidence in Crystal and their service department. Thank you Scott Clark Toyota for having people like Crystal on your staff and for making not only the purchase of a vehicle pleasant but also to give confidence in knowing you have outstanding service for the many years of owning the vehicle. Ask for Terry when taking your car for service as you will not beat the customer service she provides. more
