I have been going to Scott Clark Toyota for about 7 years, but stopped going for about 2 years after moving. I decided to go back after receiving a coupon in the mail for oil chan...

Worst

This place is terrible. I do not recommend them at all. They have tried to screw me when I went it to buy a new car. Shady SHADY SHADY People.

Scott Clark Toyota has the best service department in the area. My service representative Crystal Kush is always friendly, polite and thoughtful as to my needs. She stays on top of my maintenance record to provides service as required by the warrantee and for the best care of my vehicle. The waiting area is also top notch, with a snack food bar, vending machines, comfortable seating, TV, and of course complimentary coffee and chocolate drinks. more

I'm a retired mechanic who has worked at many new car dealers. I was impressed by 2 things at SCT: The People and the Process. Johnny Fluker and his boss Jimmy Cline were very patient and knowledgeable while assisting my wife and I choose the right vehicle. We never felt pressured, and they were able to put together the right plan for us. George in finance was also very easy to work with. Thank You guys! A first-class experience from the moment we got on your property. We were treated very well. more

I had a great experience at Scott Clark's Toyota when I purchased a new car. However, it was also the second new vehicle I have purchased from Scott Clark's. There is a sense of dread when having to shop for a new car - the time, the stereo typed salesmen, the haggling over a trade in. I experienced none of that at Scott Clark's! Jason Liles our sales person was anything but stereo typical! He was low key, but attentive. He knew the products and worked to ensure he exceeded our expectations. And I was extremely pleased with the trade-in on my truck. From when we walked in, until when we left after the financing process everyone worked to ensure they respected our time, found us the best value, and worked to exceed our expectations. Thank you everyone at Scott Clark's! We will definitely return. more

On October 28, 2015 I took my Prius 2011 in to Scott Clark Toyota, Matthews Nc for a 45000 mile routine service. Pete Acree, Assistant Service Manager, took over and my service was handled to suite my time schedule. I have realized this is normal for Pete Acree. He is now my go-to Man for all of my Prius service needs. Scott Clark Toyota has built a reputation with Great Qualified Technicians and Service Managers like Pete Acree. The service department is quick and accurate. My service agent was Justin Bustle and he was great. He estimated my time right, let me know of any problems and treated me great without costing me a lot of money. Would recommend this place for service and asking for Justin Bustle he'll treat you right!!! more

Pete Acree is our service adviser. We are strictly a ""Toyota Family"". I have never been disappointed with his service. He gets us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I always deal with Pete, he has never let me down, so why go to someone else. Thanks for the great help. more

I have been impressed with the service from William Carroll. I called ahead to make an appointment and tell him what service I needed. When I arrived he knew what I needed for my car and again offered a loaner which really made my day easier. It took very little time to process paper work for the loaner and I was on my way. When my car was ready I was notified, I returned the loaner quickly and received my car in n excellent condition. Thanks Billy! more

I have been a customer for many years. Every one has always been excellent and I have not had any problems. Billy Carroll has been my customer service rep for sometime now. He has always looked after my best interest and made sure I was getting what I needed. He has remained very personable and professional. I live in Concord area , but have chosen to remain with Scott Clark's because of those reasons. more

I came in to get my first complimentary service after I made an appointment the week before. The service was excellent. I was assisted by Crystal Kush. I informed her that My car was acting up with starting up as well. She was very accommodating. My service was finished within an hour. She informed me that my battery was replaced and asked if I would like to set up the next appointment was well. I would love to have her assist me next time as well. more

Great Service 8/22/2015

I was at Scott Clark Toyota on Friday August 21 and dealt with Shane Crow; he was very professional and took excellent care of me. I also dealt with Scott Keith (who was nice enough to loan me his vehicle while mine was being repaired) this was above the call of duty. I had several things that needed to be repaired and would have been there a long time if he had not offered me his vehicle to drive. Shane explained everything they did to my car when I was ready to leave and asked if I had any questions; he answered everything I asked.\r I would recommend Scott Clark Toyota and Shane Crow to anyone needing a good Service Man. \r I also always deal with Scott Keith; won't even go there if he's not working! He's the best ever! more
