I have been going to Scott Clark Toyota for about 7 years, but stopped going for about 2 years after moving. I decided to go back after receiving a coupon in the mail for oil chan...

Worst

This place is terrible. I do not recommend them at all. They have tried to screw me when I went it to buy a new car. Shady SHADY SHADY People.

I take my Toyota Highlander to Scott Clark Toyota for maintenance. William ""Bill"" Carroll has been my service advisor since I purchased my Toyota in 2014. I ask for Billy every time because he provides excellent service. He takes the time to answer any questions I may have. He is also very through and explains any additional work that may need to be done on my car. He always tells me to call him if I have any problems at all. I highly recommend William Carroll at Scott Clark! He is someone you can trust! more

I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry in October 2015 at Scott Clark's Toyota 13000 E. Independence Blvd in Matthews. I made the right choice. I'm in the First Mile Maintenance Program Sevice Agreement. The Total Warranty Services benefits include Lube, Oil & Filter Sevice, Tire Rotation, Clean & Adjust Brakes, Multi-Point Inspection for 60 months or 60,000 miles! I just got my first free oil change and tire rotation. Bradley Bennick the Assistant Service Manager provided excellent service. more

Jeremy Holt is always there and efficient, full of sage auto advice and personable. The best experience working with service departments of any kind I've dealt with in 35 years. I have always traveled 35,000 miles+ per year in all of my careers and I really cannot afford delays and hassles when my car is in the shop for service. Pete Acree has been my our service advisor since 1997/1998. He has taken care of our needs at Scott Clark Toyota and prior to that at Saturn of Charlotte. Pete does not push for unneeded service but will advise you on the requirements of good service. I have had the luck of having vehicles that last 10-16 years with Pete's assistance with few major repairs. more

I own a 2005 Camry and my wife has a 2009 Corolla. We have both serviced at Scott Clark Toyota and I have to say that every visit since 2009 has been a pleasure. The service has been so good and reliable and I would take our cars no place else. In such a big place they are still able to personalize the service and make you feel like your service is the most important of the day. Special kudos to my technician, Pete Acree, who was so helpful and even researched my car's history regarding a recommended service and discovered I had a previous service that covered the now recommended service so there was no extra charge for that. That's going the extra mile and being pro-active. Way to go, Pete. Thanks for caring. Way to go, SCT, keep up the excellent work. I still wish you could reinstate the free Dunkin' Donuts, I do miss those! Chris more

I appreciate the warm professional way that Crystal Kush handled the servicing of my 2002 Seinna minivan on Dec. 8, 2015. I have always been satisfied my car's service at Toyota. I bought the van in Marietta, Ohio and had it serviced at Toyota there for five years, then I was in Abilene, Texas, and it was serviced there, moved to Wingate, NC in 2007, and Scott Clark has been servicing my car since then. Had it serviced in Ft. Pierce, Florida while on vacation, also. So, I have experienced dealing with four Toyota businesses, and Scott Clark is the best.\r \r The waiting area at Scott Clark is superb, comfortable, has wifi, and a free nail salon among other nice amenities. The staff are to be commended. I appreciate the excellent care they take of my car, and of me. more

Shirly Wood in service is my go to person, she always handles everything for me and it's so nice that the same person is always there and I don't have to see a new person each time. When my truck has to be overnight on the rare occasion that their slammed, she gets me a rental car at no charge. Thanks Shirly! more
