Review content:
I called on Friday morning, the day after Christmas, and they were able to still squeeze me in. Spoke with Billy Carroll and he was very helpful. I waited on my car and they were able to do a diagnosis of a misfire I was having with my 4runner. Since I work on my own cars a good bit I had some additional questions so he was nice enough to call the mechanic up to speak with me about the problem. Most dealerships would just say they didn't know and not bother to have the mechaninc come up to talk to me but Billy did. \r I also went in to just inquire about a part and they again took me into the shop area where i could talk to the mechanic. It was a specific sized bolt that i needed to remove a brake rotor so they gave me one of theirs. I've had nothing but good experiences with Scott Clark Toyota.
