I have been going to Scott Clark Toyota for about 7 years, but stopped going for about 2 years after moving. I decided to go back after receiving a coupon in the mail for oil chan...

Worst

This place is terrible. I do not recommend them at all. They have tried to screw me when I went it to buy a new car. Shady SHADY SHADY People.

I had my wife's 2002 Avalon (123,000 6/6/2012

I had my wife's 2002 Avalon (123,000 mi.) in for service on 6/1/12 and as usual Billy Carroll took good care to make sure everything was up to date, only needed oil change and tire rotation. Billy Carroll has taken care of this car for many years and I have been completely satisfied. I have a 2008 Tacoma that he takes care of as well. Billy Carroll has always been very truthful and honest with me in our dealings. If any questions he takes me to the shop and has the tech show me any problems found with the car. Awesome Experience 5/22/2012

Very rarely have I come out of a dealership saying Alleluia!!! Robert Van Alstyne, was the consumate salesman and was extremely helpful to my wife and I. He was extremely detailed with his information and helped us to see things we'd never look for in a preowned vehicle. This guy had an answer for everything, and if he didn't know, he would excuse himself briefly to find out the answer. This kind of motivation to get answers to us sealed the deal for us. So, we found a beautiful 2010 Sienna, and my wife and I...our children too, love the vehicle. This vehicle will certainly serve us well, and we couldn't be more happy to have worked with Robert!! With all sincerity, Robert I will pass your name to anyone looking for a vehicle. First Car Buying Experience 3/26/2012

This was my first car buying experience and I walked away with total peace of mind. Sam Poole was my sales representative and he helped me immensely with all of my questions and concerns!!!! He was so kind and went the extra mile on everything for me. I have heard nothing but horror stories all of my life of the scams that dealerships can pull and the pressure that the sales men put on you. Great experience! 3/17/2012

My first visit to Scott Clark s Toyota was a big experience for me. This would be my first purchase of a car by myself. I was greeted with a big smile from Dave Gibbs. I have so many things to say about Robert VanAlstyne and the staff @ Scott Clark Toyota. \r I sent in my pre-approval email on Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I received a phone call from Robert. I explained everything that was going on with my old car (Chevy Colbalt) and how much I still owed on my car, as well as what my payments were. I was very upfront with everything and I asked Robert if he thought he could help me. You see I did not want my payments going up. He said come on down and let see what he can do. I did not get down to Scott Clark Toyota until after 6pm and Robert was there waiting on me. I had my eye on this little 2009 blue Yaris.Took it out for a test drive and I fell in love with my little putt putt. We came back and he asked me to have a seat and let him see what he could do. Recently my family and I needed to take an emergency trip to Maryland. When I brought my Sienna in for servicing, I was impressed by the timely and professional service I received. I bought a new truck from Scott Clark's. I ordered extra accessories that had to be special ordered. Pete Acree with the service department called soon after to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in to have the accessories placed. I was very pleased with the service and personal attention Mr. Acree treated me with. My truck was serviced in a timely maner and I was back to work in no time.
