I've learned to make service appointments on Tuesdays because there is less of a wait. So I called to make a Tuesday appt. for an overdue oil change. But it was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. It could take up to 3 hours. I brought work to do and resigned myself to wait. \r

I always deal with Marshall Moore. I like working with Marshall because he has a ""can do"" attitude. He looks for a way to get things done instead of saying ""we can't."" And Marshall is genuine and personable. He remembers me when I call and come in. He calls me by name and we trade bits of family news as we fill out paperwork. I feel like Marshall has my interests at heart and looks out for me. He said he'd do what he could to speed the process. In 1 hour 45 minutes I was driving off the lot and received a discount to boot! \r
