My wife and I decided to have our furnace checked since the last time it had been checked was in 1997(according to the maintanace sticker, we've only owned the house for two years). The technician that came out said there was a crack in the heat exchanger and a new furnace was about the same price as the repair.He showed my wife the crack but she couldn't see much and I wasn't going to replace the furnace without seeing the issue so the technician came back to our house and took a picture so when I got home I could see it. We weren't particularly happy about spending the money but R&R's price was competitive, the installation of the high efficeincy furnace looked clean, and it easily passed inpsection. I see no reason why based off our first experience with the company we wouldn't do business with them again.
