Review content:
The technician, Rich, diagnosed correctly that the heat pump compressor had failed. After reviewing our options, we decided to replace the compressor as the technician recommended. Rich arrived on time for the appointment and worked diligently to replace, recharge and test everything. He was courteous, organized and efficient. We are pleased with the quality of the work.
