Review content:
Our 15 year old furnace and air conditioner were not working properly. After contacting R&R Heating & Air Conditioning they made a couple of house calls and explained a number of options that would work for us. Once we made our choices, the process was established and everything was done in a timely and professional (and very friendly manner). We now have a much more efficient and effective furnace and a new heat pump as well. We are totally satisfied. One small problem arose several months arose after installation and they came out immediately and solved the problem. If the need arises, we will call R&R before any other company.
