Patriot Enterprises installed a new heating unit at my home. They didn't fully explain what installing a high efficiency heater would entail. It was ugly, and messy. They had to redo the installation, and when they did it stopped working. So they came out again and redid it. This process took much longer than they had initially estimated, and I had to take off several days of work during both installations. Potential customers need to ask what the installation is going to look like, and how long it will take. I wouldn't use their services again. The guys at Patriot Enterprises were very good about coming in and explaining pricing and potential problems that would affect the price. That way I knew up front what I could potentially be responsible for paying, depending on what problem they found. One thing I like about them is their professionalism. They wear a uniform and covers on their feet. They didn't make a mess and cleaned up after the work. It was refreshing to have professional plumbers in uniform, who were honest and truthful, who solved the problem and had reasonable pricing. Late Friday night my furnace went out during our first cold spell. I spent hours on the internet that night and Saturday reseaching brands and companies. Each site was more confusing than the last. I called over TEN companies with a lot of lip service, but when I reached Patriot it felt like I was talking to people that cared. Tech Alex, who was not even on-call, was at my home within an hour and was excellent at giving me options along with the pro's and con's of different brands. He explained the efficiency ratings, multi-stage furnaces and the benefits on using a programmable thermostat. Alex had my new furnace up and running by the end of the day! There phone support was outstanding as well (thank you Heather, Debbie and Sara!) as they kept in touch to make sure everything was fine. They did the paperwork and set up the inspection with the city of Centennial. The inspection went flawlessly thanks to Alex's installation. My home heats evenly now, no more walking from a warm room to a cold room. I can't say enough about how they helped me out during and emergency and did it with a fair and honest price. The technician, Alex arrived within the promised time frame. He was pleasant and personable, and he worked rapidly and efficiently, fixing the problem quickly. He explained the process to me, and was professional and knowledgeble. It seems that any major appliance repair is more expensive than it should be, but the price for this repair didn't seem out of line; in fact it was less than another quote I was given. It was cold and my furnace quit. I intended to fix it myself, but I couldn't fix it all the way. The furnace would turn on but it wouldn't stay on for long, and I was in over my head. I called Patriot Enterprises to come handle it. It took their technician about 20 minutes to fix it once he was here. He took a probe into the combustion chamber, and found some corrosion. He cleaned and restored it, and everything was fine. The only problem was that we called Tuesday morning and it was late Wednesday before they arrived, but it's the cold season and they were swamped with work, so it's understandable. Many people simply wait up until the weather changes before they happen to call us for repairs and some just forget with their busy life's . Patriot Enterprises was outstanding. They came out within about 35 minutes of my phone call, and I live pretty far out from them. They were just very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain everything to me about what needed to be done and how to operate everything afterwards. They worked from first thing in the morning, and stayed into the evening to make sure the job was complete. They really care about their customers, and you can tell that they set high standards for their work ethic. Your repairman cleaned a small part for us to get our heater working again, and he didn't charge us for anything. I don't know if that's ever happened before, except with friends helping. I know it wasn't a big deal, but he could have charged us. We felt we were being served, not just another way to make money for your company. Our furnace broke down after 17 years of service. I called Patriot enterprises and and had a meeting with Alex, one of their service techs at 10:30 a.m. By 11:00 a.m. he was gathering all the parts they needed and called in Gary, another of their techs. They took out our old furnace and stayed late 7:30 p.m. to make sure we had heat on that night. Completed the job the next day. Professional, courteous, what a great experience! Patriot Plumbing will be my plumbers forever ... They are professional, friendly, courteous (Javier put on hospital booties to come in my house!!!), and punctual. The front office kept me in the loop on each step of the process of running my gas line ... i.e. They called and let me know where the tech was and when he would arrive, his name, etc. Then they followed up ... We could not be happier with the service we have received on multiple occasions from everyone at Patriot. In february, our furnace went out when the temps were around zero. I called several companies but Patriot was able to get a new unit installed at half of what the others quoted and did it in just over 24 hours. Javier is a total pro and did a first rate job! Since then, he has been an excellent resource and Heather has been wonderful about following up with the work they did. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for many years to come. The work done was exceptional and professional. The work done did fix the problem. The 'fix' was also what I would consider an upgrade from what was discussed. The only issue could be from a communication between office and work team gap. There is a President's program which when purchased lowers the final cost of the work done. It is a good program and I purchased it for quarterly assessments and work on house systems. However, I also was told that there was a Senior Discount. When I was informed by my daughter what the final bill was there was no Senior Discount. When I asked the office about this as I was told the two would be figured in - I was informed that one or the other but not both apply. Therefore, Seniors - if you purchase the President's Package there is no Senior Discount - the two are mutually exclusive. Great Service, they came to check out our furnace three days before we were leaving town, found out the furnace was having a big problem and came the next day and replaced it with a new furnace all in one day. My hard-learned rule for any kind of construction is: It will take longer, be harder and cost more than you ever think it will." This water project lived up to that rule. I hired Javi to install a very long water line from my barn out to the chicken coop and garden. As sometimes happens, this job got more complicated as it progressed and Javi and Justin never complained, I never got 'attitude' or filthy language, nor did Javi try to renegotiate the price. They installed a 5 foot deep trench well over 200 feet long and had to hand dig 15 feet of that. They were so respectful of my property and especially the safety of my animals, making sure my horse didn't get hurt. At feeding time I couldn't get to my hay room, so Justin stopped his work and climbed out of the trench and helped by handing me hay and alfalfa for my horse, always with a smile. Initially I thought their bid was a bit high, but after seeing their work, their professionalism, and the fact that the job was harder, and took longer I think it was very fair. Its so refreshing to have real pros work here, instead of the guys who sit out in their truck and smoke dope before they start, leave the job and never come back, or just don't show up after they bid it.
