It was cold and my furnace quit. I intended to fix it myself, but I couldn't fix it all the way. The furnace would turn on but it wouldn't stay on for long, and I was in over my head. I called Patriot Enterprises to come handle it.
It took their technician about 20 minutes to fix it once he was here. He took a probe into the combustion chamber, and found some corrosion. He cleaned and restored it, and everything was fine. The only problem was that we called Tuesday morning and it was late Wednesday before they arrived, but it's the cold season and they were swamped with work, so it's understandable.

Many people simply wait up until the weather changes before they happen to call us for repairs and some just forget with their busy life's . We do offer a maintenance program where we come out pre season to make sure the equipment is working for you before the weather hits. Many of our customers are on it and it seems to work for them. It might be something to consider. The program also includes the plumbing and the air conditioner if you have one.
