Technician was 1.5 hours late, however it was a Sunday and did not get charged a weekend premium fee. Did also get a Military discount. Thanks.

Thanks Kevin for your review. Although I am sad that we were late I am pleased to know you're understanding. Sometimes we just have no idea how long jobs are going to take until we get started and unfortunately this can create certain problems with the scheduled times. We are also low on man power when it comes to weekends and after hours. This can be very frustrating all the way around.
