Just had my first service as a member of the Presidential Club. They came out to check my furnace before I need to start using it this fall! Found nothing wrong with my furnace, cleaned it and changed my filter. They even called to schedule the appointment with me so I wouldn't forget to use my club benefits! The majority of the problems we find is in fact due to the lack of maintenance the equipment has had. What many don't realize is that the mechanical systems in the home or office work very hard in insuring that the temperatures inside are comfortable while the ones outside are not and for those that wait till the busy season to get anything done usually end up waiting a long time to get service. Casey did a very thorough inspection. He cleaned the filters and told me the humidifier filter should be replaced, which I did. He also wrote up a schedule of when the filters should be cleaned or replaced, which will be very helpful. Casey has excellent customer service skills. Alex and Chris were both professional and polite. They answered all my questions regarding my wants, needs and concerns in shopping for new AC unit. The guys knew what they were talking about and went out of there way to explain things to me. They were courteous and professional. They informed me about the service they were doing and what service / repairs I may need in the future. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. We used Patriot Enterprises to replace the piping in the dryer vent downstairs in our basement. Chris did an incredible job. We hadn't used the company at all before. Chris was great; he really was. He explained everything really well to us. It was excellent. He was just a very nice, very cordial young man. I would tell any potential customer to call and ask for Chris! Technician and phone support were outstanding. Replaced capacitor and 'recharged'. Explained all alternatives. Prices seemed a bit high, but were competitive and worked reasonable agreement. I was wandering about my hot water heater and I brought Patriot Enterprises, Inc. out. I've lived in this house for 12 years and I've had lots of handymen and plumbers and people who claim to be professionals and they always leave me thinking, "God, I wish I knew how to do this stuff myself." The guys from Patriot Enterprises were polite, charming, funny, and knew what the heck they were doing. They did the job well and it was pretty awesome. I wish everyone could do a job right like that. I don't usually give five star ratings, either. You get what you pay for. They were here for probably 4-5 hours fixing a shower and valve that had broken in our downstairs bathroom. It was our first time using them and they did a very good job. I've used them a few times now. I had them work on a rental property when the plumbing backed up and they came and fixed that. They did a really good job, it was complicated but they worked it out. The second time I had them come out to fix a leak. They did a great job on that too, they were very friendly and the price was reasonable.
