Patriot Enterprises installed a new heating unit at my home. They didn't fully explain what installing a high efficiency heater would entail. It was ugly, and messy. They had to redo the installation, and when they did it stopped working. So they came out again and redid it. This process took much longer than they had initially estimated, and I had to take off several days of work during both installations. Potential customers need to ask what the installation is going to look like, and how long it will take. I wouldn't use their services again.
RESPONSE FROM Patriot Enterprises, Inc.:
Hello Mary, I am confused as to your comment on Customer Lobby. I asked our staff and they stated you were satisfied with our services after the last time we were out on the 12th of December. I am sorry about the experience you had. The tech that was out there installing your furnace was let go shortly after not meeting our company's standards. We were under the impression that when Alex went out he took care of all the problems as far as the installation which corrected the way the installation looked and as far as the furnace not working the next day was just a minor adjustment as it does happen from time to time, in fact we had to move others from the schedule to get right over to you the moment we found out you were having a problem with the furnace. For whatever its worth, We are very sorry for the experience you have received from our company. It has never been our intension to mistreat you or your home. We will be here for you in the event you needed us. I hope you had a wonderful Holiday with your family. Javier J. Hoggard, Owner
