Review content:
The technician, Alex arrived within the promised time frame. He was pleasant and personable, and he worked rapidly and efficiently, fixing the problem quickly. He explained the process to me, and was professional and knowledgeble. It seems that any major appliance repair is more expensive than it should be, but the price for this repair didn't seem out of line; in fact it was less than another quote I was given. Overall, an excellent job.
