Professional and knowledgeable 4/17/2013

Patriot Enterprises installed a new furnace for us. Alex and his assistant Chris were professional, deeply knowledgeable, and efficient. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to come up with solutions that worked best for our specific needs. Service is excellent 4/16/2013

I first used Patriot Enterprises, Inc. 15 years ago and continue to use them for their quality of service. They take care of their customers. I had them replace a furnace and work on plumbing for me. Great, reliable company 4/15/2013

I had a furnace and AC unit installed by Patriot Enterprises. They also do our quarterly plumbing maintenance. We keep coming back to them because they always do a good job and they make time for us. We can rely on them, as when the furnace blew out while it was minus 20 degrees outside, they came out and really saved us. Very happy that I called. 4/9/2013

I called Patriot Enterprises, Inc. when I found a leak behind my kitchen sink. I thought I had it fixed previously but there was a leak behind the wall. When I called they said they could come out the next day, but then had a cancellation and were able to come out the same day, which was great. The owner himself came to my home, and he has extensive experience with electrical and plumbing work. He took the time to review my whole house and saw other leaks. These were simple fixes, and when I told him that I wanted to take care of them myself he told me how to do it. They are open 24/7 and he said that if there were any problems don't hesitate to call, no charge. He also told me about some potential problems that he found and I really appreciated that. Very Satisfied 4/5/2013

Very professional and courteous and exceeded my expectations. I was also very impressed that they took a good amount of time to really look over my house and recommended things I could do to avoid costly repairs in the future. Patriot came out because I had a leak behind the wall at my kitchen sink that was leaking into the basement. THe problem was fixed with minimal invasion (which was only necessary because the pipe was angled.) I feel so much safe now although I have a few home projects to do. Excellent Service on a New furnace 3/27/2013

We woke up on Sun am and the temperature in the house was 52 degrees. The furnace would run but not long enough to raise the temperature. Long story short..the furnace is 15+ years old, 70 efficiency, cracked blower housing and not worth fixing. The crew installed a new Rheem furnace, programmable thermostat and hot water heater in less than 6 hours. Reasonable cost as well. We're very happy with it. Patriot folks came quickly and are curteous 3/19/2013

We had the Patriot people come to our house in Oct. 2012 to fix a problem with a leak (Sunday evening). They came quickly and were so professional we were surprised. They fixed the issue quickly. In March, we thought we had an issue with what they fixed and called them. They again came by quickly and determined the issue was due was not due to a leak but how folks were using the toilet. :-) We were very appreciative for the quick response and how courteous, professional and friendly they are. Provide full service. Were there next day to install new boiler. Came when they said they would; good quality products; thoroughly cleaned up area. Installation much better than the original mess of pipes. Good followup. The owner and his staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again. This was a positive experience to cure an unwelcome problem. 2/10/2013

You never WANT to call a plumber, but sometimes there is no choice. This was a positive experience from start to end. The woman who took my call was friendly but thorough and was sure to get all the necessary information. The plumbers arrived within the stated "window" of time, assessed the problem and explained my options clearly. I was impressed with the efficient, courteous and friendly service and would be happy to recommend them to others.
