Making it right 8/9/2018

Carlos was on time with in the window given to me, he very helpful and informed about what the issues were. He took the time to educate me, which I greatly appreciate. After being taken for a ride by a different company just recently, I was a little nervous about the same happening. Carlos fixed the issues the other company caused and ensured everything was working well and to my satisfaction before he left. Very happy with my choice to go with Magnolia. Should have in the first place. more

HVAC Inspection 7/19/2018

Overall the service was great. The office/dispatch team was highly responsive and helpful, and we ended up adding the annual maintenance plan even though we were just calling for an annual HVAC inspection. The actual tech was nice, but a bit abrupt, and he suggested that I could just hose down my condensing unit with water instead of him doing it...which I really didn't appreciate. I think his intention was good - just a bit hamhanded. I didn't pay the $389 for the service to then do it myself. Good company though and everytime I call them, they have someone who can come out the same morning. Nice change from waiting several days for other vendors. more

Carolos was wonderful! Came out to diagnosis our HVAC issue. We all agreed to try to patch it but when the patch failed two days later. Carlos came right out, found the leak and got the parts expedited. He came early to our schedule time and worked quickly, efficiently and got our HVAC working again! more

Wonderful experience 6/2/2018

Sinan L., did a great job scheduling and keeping me informed of the technicians arrival time. Sam M. serviced my a\c unit and was able to pinpoint the issue causing me to incur very high energy bills. I will really my energy bill over the next 45 days to see if the issue was truly resolved. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend. more

Sam Jr. was the HVAC tech sent out to do my AC tune up. He was so great, super friendly, and explained everything so I could understand it. I was leery about using a large company instead of a smaller one, but I had a coupon for the tune up so I called them. It was so easy to make an appt and they came out in a couple of days. He charged me for the actual price on my coupon and never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I will call them for all my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future. Please find more people like Sam and the negative reviews about Magnolia that are online will quickly change to positive ones! Thanks so much. more

Awful Service! 5/9/2018

I have left a more elaborate review on .. of my service from May 7, 2018. The level of professionalism was a bitter disappointment. I was clearly taken advantage of during this service. There was a complete mess left behind and significant water damage to a few storage boxes close to the hvac unit. Today May 9, 2018 I received emails confirming my service appointment from Monday, the "team" that would be taking care of my service request, and an email for this review. I have contacted Magnolia on three different occasions since Monday and have yet to hear anything regarding this mater. I will never recommend this company and will be filing a complaint with the BBB accordingly. more

Issue with Shower Cartridge 3/27/2018

I called Magnolia late at night, and within minutes had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Both Sinan L. and Ebony G. were very helpful in getting one set up. The next day, Darrell S. showed up during the promised time window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me a quote and informed me that he would need to go pick up a part. Within two hours, he was back on site with the part and spent a little under 30 minutes installing it (including recaulking the area). I am very pleased with the service provided and will go to Magnolia for any future needs. more
