Sam Jr. was the HVAC tech sent out to do my AC tune up. He was so great, super friendly, and explained everything so I could understand it. I was leery about using a large company instead of a smaller one, but I had a coupon for the tune up so I called them. It was so easy to make an appt and they came out in a couple of days. He charged me for the actual price on my coupon and never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I will call them for all my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future. Please find more people like Sam and the negative reviews about Magnolia that are online will quickly change to positive ones! Thanks so much.
