Service Dedicated 12/8/2017

Carlos managed to solve a parts and repair problem that defeated others. He returned to fix the problem with the correct parts when he could have easily ducked out and made some excuse so he is a man that not only knows his stuff but is also dedicated and true to his word. I would not hesitate to call on his services again. more

Superb Service 12/4/2017

Reggie D. came in a timely manner after a request was made for a service person to come and inspect my furnace. He came prepared with the proper equipment to diagnose the problem with the furnace and repair and replace the faulty element. He explained what he was doing. He gave a summary of the parts of the furnace. He installed an air filter and cleaned one of the heating elements. Most of all he immediately restored heat to the house by installing an igniter. The former igniter did not light and caused cold air to blow from the furnace. He was professional. He explained the company's offers of having the furnace serviced and inspected. I recommend Reggie D. to everyone who needs a furnace repaired or service. more

Sewer Line Replacement - Excellent Job Done 11/28/2017

Humberto Hernandez led a team that replaced our entire sewer line. They were all very professional, pleasant to work with, and showed consideration and concern for our needs during this trying time of having our basement in total disarray. Humberto and his crew (Estaban, Quan, Joe, Jose, Nelson, Oscar, Janice, and Yesinia) were diligent and hard working and courteous. They got our sewer line working again and we were totally satisfied. more

Magnolia Plumbing and Heating 11/17/2017

I had an emergency plumbing issue and Magnolia responded within 30 minutes. The technician Darryl was excellent and actually had the part we needed in his truck. He also fixed another faucet that had been put in incorrectly by another company. Darryl was courteous and professional. I am going to use Magnolia from now on. more

Great service call from Regie Dean! 11/16/2017

A number of years ago I had Magnolia Co install several Carrier heat pumps at my home. Reggie Dean was the first Tech Sent to do the follow up and service. I have requested him ever since. Reggie Reggie always calls when he is on the way and arrives as promised. He is very meticulous and enthusiastic about his work; takes copious notes, leaves the work area clean and removes any material from the site. I highly recommend Reggie Dean and Magnolia for HVAC needs! more

Magnolia Plumbing Heating & Cooling 11/7/2017

Since a carbon monoxide scare 2 years ago, I've used Magnolia for all my home plumbing and heating. I got the maintenance plan, which I HIGHLY recommend. recently had my furnace check and needed a repair. The expert heating repairman did a WONDERFUL job, was professional and fast! I'm warm and cozy once again thanks to Magnolia. more

Great service from a real professional 11/4/2017

Needed an annual inspection for my furnace and heating system prior to winter. Called Magnolia and they sent Saied. He was not only a master at his profession, but he was a real gentleman too. He explained optional services which were available but was not pushy at all. He also advised as to several upkeep items that I, the owner, could do. Hard to believe, but we were sad to see him go. He also recommended some venting modifications for when we have the furnace replaced in the future. more

Routine Service Winter heating check up 11/1/2017

Saeid was very professional and explained what his recommendations were clearly and concisely. They arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient manner.
