I called Magnolia late at night, and within minutes had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Both Sinan L. and Ebony G. were very helpful in getting one set up. The next day, Darrell S. showed up during the promised time window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me a quote and informed me that he would need to go pick up a part. Within two hours, he was back on site with the part and spent a little under 30 minutes installing it (including recaulking the area). I am very pleased with the service provided and will go to Magnolia for any future needs.
