I have left a more elaborate review on .. of my service from May 7, 2018. The level of professionalism was a bitter disappointment. I was clearly taken advantage of during this service. There was a complete mess left behind and significant water damage to a few storage boxes close to the hvac unit. Today May 9, 2018 I received emails confirming my service appointment from Monday, the "team" that would be taking care of my service request, and an email for this review. I have contacted Magnolia on three different occasions since Monday and have yet to hear anything regarding this mater. I will never recommend this company and will be filing a complaint with the BBB accordingly.
