Service technician called to let us know he was on his way. Arrived on time and explained pricing. Installed kitchen faucet. Technician was professional , polite and courteous. He explained how the faucet would be installed and answered all questions. Thanks for sending a great technician. more

Mr.Saeid F. came to my home to address the problem of no heat with my new system. He thoroughly, patiently and professionally worked to assess the problem, determine solutions, and address the issues of water pressure causing the lack of heat. This certainly took longer than I had expected but his patience, expertise and determination to solve the problem are to be commended. more

Much appreciation to Mario and Derek for a well-done repair to a leaking, cracked cast-iron stack pipe--a big, messy, dirty problem. They arrived when expected, found the problem and clearly explained how the repairs needed to be done. They were both professional and personable. And they completely cleaned everything up when the job was finished. Have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Thank you both again! more

Magnolia Plumbing and in particular Michael Fogle did a great job clearing out a drain and replacing the plumbing for our double kitchen sink and waste disposer. He carefully listened to my description of the issues, diagnosed the problems, explained the options, made the repairs in a professional manner, and showed me what he had done. The end result looks great, and everything works perfectly. He kept the job site clean and neat. It was a pleasure having him work with us. You might be able to find someone to do it cheaper, but I think the job was done well and will last, so in the long run it will be a good value. more

Backwater Value (BWV) Installation 8/14/2018

Called Magnolia Plumbing Heating and Cooling for a next morning appointment to discuss a BWV installation quote. They sent an expert right out on time as planned. Humberto H. knew exactly what was wrong, had experience solving the issue, and shared the total project cost within a few minutes. I knew after the first few moments discussing my situation, I wanted Humberto H to install my new BWV. His honest and reliable technicians started quickly on the project moments after we shook hands. His team installed the BWV within two days - that was pretty amazing to even get the permits so fast. Throughout the project, Humberto provided play-by-play project details relieving any stress left after my previous flooded basement. Of course a few days after the BWV was installed, flash floods occurred in my area; however, with the excellent work performed by Humberto H and his team...I was not even worried. His professional attitude, expert skills, and passion toward customer service was obvious to me and his team. more

Outstanding Service & Advice 8/9/2018

Reggie announced arrival, was very efficient with work, and then took the time to discuss his findings with us. He alerted us to a failing blower motor that was intermittently affecting the the condenser function. He thoroughly explained how this was related to the filling of the overflow pan in the attic and subsequent blockage of the condensate line. He really knows his stuff and cares about the customer. more
