Carlos Reed is a superb technician for Magnolia. A true professional. He performed a very important job fixing my broken HVAC system very efficiently. He responded to my service call on Sunday, quickly identified the problem, and took immediate action to solve the problem. He obtained the new part within one business day and returned to install the part the next day. The system is now operational. Carlos was a pleasure to work with. Double the price for your dollars 3/23/2018

The service tech was very good and responded on time, that's where it ended, estimate for replacing a standard 1/2 in. pressure balance and a 1/2 in. shutoff valve was double what another company had given, so I called the other company. Don't know why Magnolia Plumbing charges so much more then some other companies, if money is not important to you, use them, otherwise use a company with free estimates and reasonable pricing, hope this helps someone. Darrell and Saeid was very concern about the issue I was having with CO in my house. He told me they would find the problem. Review of Marvin Chaney 2/3/2018

Marvin Chaney has now spent two days doing plumbing work at my daughter's house in Hyattsvill MD. He is a master plumber, diagnosing and fixing problems in an old house. In addition to his plumbing skills, he is an expert people person. He relates to the customer in a quiet and sensitive manner. He's a good listener and is willing to entertain any questions and give thorough, clear answers. I really appreciated that. He also has a cute sense of humor. I will have him back when the house needs further plumbing service. more

Praise for Reggie D at Magnolia Plumbing 1/1/2018

Reggie showed up at my frozen home on a bitterly cold New Year's Day to figure out why our two furnaces and water heater had stopped working. A kind, thorough, professional guy, Reggie diagnosed the problems (frozen condensation drain lines), helped us resolve them, and gave us great advice on how to prevent our pipes from freezing in the future. He had to crawl under our porch to access our cellar, and did so with good humor. Because of his skill and professionalism, we will work with Magnolia in the future. Quickly fixed a long standing problem 12/28/2017

Contacted several other HVAC people before, but no one ever got back to me or wanted to do the work. Magnolia (and Carlos R in particular) came out same day, and in about an hour, fixed the problem I've had for over a year. Very happy. more

Magnolia serviced my HVAC twice a year when I lived in an apartment in DC, & I continued using their HVAC maintenance services now that we own a house. Carlos R. was efficient, on time, friendly, gave helpful information, & showed me what he was doing. I’ve had only good experiences w/ Magnolia & will continue to go to them, for HVAC maintenance. more

Toliet installation 12/18/2017

I had a comfort height toliet installed, but it didn't appear to meet height requirements. I called the company and told them my concerns, Felix field supervisor/manager came out to inspect the toliet. He confirmed that it was not the correct height. He had the original tech to remove the toliet and install the correct toliet that day. Once I received the correct product I was well pleased. more
