Stellar Service, Speedy Turn-Around & They Exceeded My Expectations. Everything was completed perfectly in a timely fashion, and they even did more than I asked for. I would HIGHLY recommend Lucas Auto Care. When purchasing my first Mercedes, I was aware of the particular maintenance, but what I didn?t take into consideration was the inconvenience of driving across Houston to a dealership, while waiting there hours for my car. After considering the laughable service fees on top of the maintenance charges, I decided to give Lucas Auto Care a call. Within walking distance of my home, I found a knowledgeable staff and modest pricing. My routine maintenance appointment was quickly scheduled in the morning, and they even offered me a ride home. Ashleigh communicated with me to confirm pricing before the work was completed, and by noon she was calling to let me know they were finished. I paid less than the Mercedes Dealership was charging, and the Lucas Auto team even went the extra mile to install my new plates and remove the annoying residue on my windshield from an old inspection sticker (which thrilled my husband because that was on his to-do list). The owner even called a week later to ensure that his guys did a good job. Wow, that?s service you don?t see much anymore! have been bringing my cars to Tyger for the past 10 years. (I only own BMW's) They do very good and clean work, I am very meticulous about my cars, and Tyger knows that. But it seems as if the car is cleaner when I get it back then it was when I dropped it off. Tyger is very knowledgeable just as much as any dealer and for half the price. more

I took my vehicle into Lucas Auto Care for a safety inspection. They took the service above and beyond my expectations bringing it there today. Not only did they replace the inspection the sticker on my car, the woman doing my inspection changed out the blue registration sticker on my car and aligned them beautifully and changed the license plates on the front and back of the vehicle for me. When she pulled it around front I watched her take off a plastic seat cover and floor matt from my car. Now, this girl wasn't covered in grease or anything of the sort but the fact that she took the time for the extra measures to insure customer service I can only imagine what their technician customer service is like!. Will be bringing it back fro maintenance and will update my service review! more

I had never heard of this place before but it was recommended by several co-workers. Then I posted I was checking in here on Facebook and it seemed like everyone chimed in about how great this place was. I was very impressed. The owner is very nice and personable. I didn't feel like he was rushing out somewhere. He made it known my time was valuable to him and I really respect that. Lucas Auto Care's staff did the same, and I was out of there in a very respectable manor. more

This was the most hassle free auto repair experience I have ever had! I dropped my car off in the morning, spent 2 minutes explaining what was wrong with it, and got a phone call with the diagnosis and recommendations by lunch! It was only what I needed, and I picked it up after work without a problem. The customer service & technical service was fantastic! I recommend this to anyone in the Houston area for any auto needs! more

Never in a MILLION YEARS would have fathomed that I could acquire, within 5 weeks of moving to Houston from Dallas a mechanic that I both trust and adore. So... I'm having some issues with rear axle grease, odd smells, and god knows what else underneath my car. I do what everyone else does in this situation: PANIC!!! I ask around to some friends, and they say, dude, no doubt, no question: hit up Tyger Lucas of Lucas Auto Care. He's the man of the hour. So, I give a call, drop a few names, and after extremely courteous and efficient service, I receive a very decent bill (my old BMW dealership would have charged me for just walking through the door) , followed by a firm handshake from a sweet and knowledgeable guy that I completely trust, understands the value of quality customer service, craftsmanship, and really understands autos. A few items of mention: -Most of us are dolts when it comes to auto repair. It's a horror of life. These guys EXPLAIN things to you, has diagrams ready to go, and even pulled out an auto book to show me a picture of a part I had trouble visualizing. -if you work in the area, and I'm sure farther, these folks will drive you there and pick you back up when your car is finished. -Everyone who works here is not too busy to explain things to you. Don't you hate it when you go to an auto shop, and everyone is running around, ignoring you? Doesn't happen here. Always a smile and acknowledgement. Very clean shop; clean floors, spotless bathroom and waiting area. The mechanics are really nice, colorful, and seem to really like their jobs. - These guys have my thanks, especially Tyger; thank you for the confidence I now have in my mechanic! more

I have gone to Tyger for four years. Many times he has told me when I asked to have stuff done that he knew was unnecessary. He has done everything from replacing an axle to a transmission job and in between minor stuff like getting an alarming ""check engine light"" to disappear by adjusting the gas cap. more

Im happy to provide Lucas Auto Care all 5 stars. There is nothing new for me to say about Tyger Certainly felt comfortable dealing with him, he was polite and courteous, and worked with me while my husband was out of town sending picture emails back and forth to him. more

My girlfriend hit a deer smashing our entire front end of our Mercedes. Tyger and his team made it look brand spanking new and you cant tell we had damage. It was an interesting process with them calling me back with any update they had. more

when I got in my car this morning something wasn't right. It was turning over, but not well. I automatically thought battery, but it was turning over quick, just not catching, so my mind jumped to starter or fuel pump. At anyrate, I tried to find somewhere that was open on weekends, and I found Lucas Auto Care. Everyone else said we dont saturday, cant get parts. Tyger said bring it in, well get you out fixed. I was able to get it in friday at five, he checked it out, it was the battery, being late I thought I'd have to leave it there over night. But that wasn't the case, he phoned his parts guy and 30 minutes later i was out the door. Ill be back for all my work. Its also nice to know he and some people on his team have worked on Subaru's. No need to drive way out to get someone who knows the car- and as always it's an added bonus I can take it in on the weekends. Great place and highly recommend it. more
