When purchasing my first Mercedes, I was aware of the particular maintenance, but what I didn?t take into consideration was the inconvenience of driving across Houston to a dealership, while waiting there hours for my car. After considering the laughable service fees on top of the maintenance charges, I decided to give Lucas Auto Care a call.
Within walking distance of my home, I found a knowledgeable staff and modest pricing. My routine maintenance appointment was quickly scheduled in the morning, and they even offered me a ride home. Ashleigh communicated with me to confirm pricing before the work was completed, and by noon she was calling to let me know they were finished.
I paid less than the Mercedes Dealership was charging, and the Lucas Auto team even went the extra mile to install my new plates and remove the annoying residue on my windshield from an old inspection sticker (which thrilled my husband because that was on his to-do list).
