After an Accident Repair 7/20/2011

I took my son's car here after his first accident, and let me tell you the level of care that they take is incredible. The Vehicle looks better then it did before the accident, and runs great! The Service is superb and these mechanics really know their stuff. more

Professionalism 7/20/2011

Great I have been taking my car to Tyger's for over 2 years. I have been 100% satisfied with their professional attitude and all the work they've done on my vehicle. Whether it be minor work (like an oil change) or something major (a/c repair) I know I can count on them to give me quality work at reasonable prices. Ive referred friends, family and co-workers to them, and everyone has been impressed! more

Alignment 7/19/2011

Just a fuse?! Awesome 7/19/2011

I had taken my car to a mechanic by my work (Not a smart idea), he told me that I needed hardcore electrical work to get some things on my dash to work. My wife decided to take it to Lucas while I was out, and when I came home everything was working. The answer? a fuse. They didn't try and take the long way out. more

Family Oriented 7/18/2011

Family Oriented! I have a 2009 Honda Ridgeline, and the AC was blowing hot air in houston (which is an absolute nightmare here with a 6 year old). Lucas Auto Care took care of me and my car. I came in and was greeted by a shop advisor, Chris. He made sure that my car was taken right away to the back by a technician. Not only did they make sure I was taken care of one of the other service advisors working the front offered my six year old daughter something to color during the wait. more

Brake Pads 7/15/2011

I took my car to Lucas Auto Care, because I needed a squeel in my brake checked out, which turned out being my brake pads.. The service managers were all very helpful.They were very on time with the repairs, no over waiting after my designated pick up times. more

Hassle Free 7/15/2011

Oil light came on while driving in - remembered seeing Lucas Auto Care on the internet. They were friendly, quick and so convenient. Not only did I get the oil service, I ended up having my car serviced all in the same day. So easy, so hassle-free and no need to rent a car. Fantastic! more

Coolant Leak 7/14/2011

My vehicle has been leaking coolant, and after the previous shop took my pocket book to the moon and back this place finds the issue in one diagnostic, fixes it the SAME DAY, and it doesn't leak without trying to take me to the cleaners. I went in to get the detail that they had offered here on citysearch, and a 30 point inspection at the same time. Thouroughly impressed by the service I recieved! The detail was excellent, and my tire rotation was done fairly quickly. I'll be returning without the need for the insentive! more

Ashleigh is a pleasure to work with! I recently moved to the Houston area, and have been looking for someone to take care of my older 84 porsche. First impressions are important and Lucas Auto Care stole the show with theirs. They where ontop of the ball and where extremely knowledgeable about older model porsches. more

No More Slip 7/7/2011

My car recently started slipping, and the transmission wouldn't go past the first gear. Took it into Lucas to get it checked out, and they took care of me. No more slipping, and excited to say I don't have to be fearful of it slipping on me going down the freeway. more

Reliable 7/5/2011

My car stalled out on me on 290 on my way to work, Lucas Auto Care had a tow truck there to take my car to their shop and a general service tech take me to work. They will do anything to make you happy. I received a thank you card in mail and a call from Tyger to see if the work was up to my expectations. more

Stress Relievers! 7/5/2011

My very stressful week was topped off by a nearly flat tire with a huge bolt stuck in it. I called right away, but it was already 6:58pm and they were closing. To my surprise, they told me to come on down and they'd fix it for me. They went above and beyond and repaired the tire in just a few minutes at a fair price. Tyger was particularly kind and helpful. These guys saved the day for me! Highly recommended! more

Lucas Auto Rocks! 6/24/2011

I tried several other places but never seemed to be happy with the work or they would try to 'upsell' me into something I really didn't need. I read the reviews on this site so when my truck needed brakes, I decided to give them a try. I can say they treated me right! The process was easy and no 'upsell' or 'hard sell' - they fixed my brakes and I was on my way in no time. Everyone was so nice - I will definitely come back again. more

Mechanics at their best 6/23/2011

Very pleased client I am so glad that I found this place. I have been to a few auto repair shops here in Houston and had very bad luck. But not here! I had a water leak under my car and took it to the dealer where they tried to sell me over 1200 dollars in repairs. I took it to this place to get a second opinion and was astounded .They took my car into the shop and about 15 min. later they came back and said that all that was wrong was a bad hose clamp. After having that fixed for a much cheaper price, No more leak! more

In life you need 3 things to be happy... a reliable doctor, a fierce lawyer, and an honest mechanic. These guys are the honest mechanics... they know what they're talking about, their prices are great, and they take care of you quickly. I recommend them to everyone I know. more
