Lucas Auto Care

The place was good when I went there for the first couple of times. Now this place is not different from a dealer. I went there to do my transmission fluid change, the guy changed the oil but ""didnt put the lid"". According to them the car was ready to take home, then when I drove I felt the difference, took it back.. they put more fluid. Again drove back home the car stopped in the highway, wouldn't move. Called Lucas they came to help me out in getting car back to the shop. Gave me a loaner car, which was a good service. The kept my car there for a week to find the issue and they came up with the solution of replacing the transmission. Believe me when I took the car to the shop there was no issues with the transmission bcoz of their mechanic's carelessness the whole transmission was spoiled, they made me pay for the whole transmission. I also had a bad experience on another day when I asked them to fix a radiator leak, they told everything was fixed, but when I was driving back home I got the error showing engine overheat. I paid almost 1000bucks for fixing the radiator and for fixing transmission around 3500-4000bucks!!! Just because of their mistake!! I really suspect all the reviews written here are by the owner. If you can avoid these guys it will be a better option! more

I had brought my car in for headlight replacement after being re-ended the previous night by an unknown driver, They took care of me and I was extremely happy about the amount of time it took to get me back out on the road and being able to shine on the road more

I had met the owner, over at the Fitness 19, and we had spoken about taking my car in for some service that it had been needing. I was well taken care off, the car runs great, and the owner is very personable. He strove to ensure during my entire visit that I was taken care of the best to the shops ability, the greater part about it? My brother brought in his car for a transmission rebuild, while I just needed some general maintenance, This place was recommended to us by a couple of his friends so we decided to try it out, My brother is extremely happy with the work that was done telling my husband and I how much better the car runs. more

Was having a major oil leak in my oil pan from a crack, and when I took it in they got it on a rack and sealed the pan almost instantly, No Leak! more

I had my sons car towed in from the house for a flat rate even though we live about 45 minutes out, my son lived near 249 so we thought that it would be a good idea to get it out there. Lucas outdid our expectations, My husband and I will be taking our cars out there, The service was spectacular and the owner himself is very involved in the shop, so much so, before we had brought in my sons car, My husband had called asking about some general issues with the car, which I had rolled my eyes about at first stating no shop would give out that type of information, but they proved me wrong, got the car in that night, and where well receptive to all my husbands questions about our sons car. I really appreciated the level of care they took when fixing it, as it runs a lot better then when we had purchased the car from a used car dealer. My son is extremely happy with how the car runs, and My husband took our car to get general service done on our car and he won't stop telling all of our friends about how excited he was about coming here. As well as while I type this review he's over my shoulder making sure I don't forget the best parts, Anyone who is interested in taking there car here should definitively give this place a try more

Long story short, I hit my garage with the front of my bumper : (. Took it into Lucas Auto Care to get an estimate, and they did it quickly, I got the car in and out of Lucas before my husband came home from his work trip, and I didn't spend so much money he freaked out about me going, It's so good He'll never know! I had an alignment done on my vehicle after I had curbed my car hard in front of my house knocking my cars alignment out of place, got it into Lucas, and they fixed my issue efficiently and quickly. It drives perfectly straight, just have to make sure to not be hitting those curbs! more

Brought my C230 in for some body work estimate, and was quoted a much lower price then what the dealer was trying to throw and me and my husband. Thanks so much for taking our best interest into consideration, the car looks amazing. more

I had called Lucas asking if they could drop me off at the airport on the day I dropped of the vehicle, and for someone to pick me up from the air port when I came home, they worked with me over email while I was in Spain. It was excellent service and I was well taken care of by Lucas Auto Care. more

My Power Steering had some leakage issues, so I took in into this Auto Repair Facility to have their Service Adviser, Gary, to assist me. My technician, Richard, found the issues almost as soon as it took him to bring the car around into his bay. They fixed the leak right there, and when I got into my car, the cars steering was completely changed for the better. more

brought my car in for some brake squealing which ended up being my front brake pads after installing them same day as bringing it in i got a call back from the owner on friday asking me how my brakes where doing the personalization was a great touch my the experience here more

Came in for a Service C and they took care of it a lot quicker and less expensive then it any of my services had been taking it to the dealer. more

I took my car in for diagnostic on a starting issue, I towed it in from work. They stayed open for me even though it was thirty minutes past there closing time. I was in a loaner car from them that night so I could get home, and in the morning they had called me to let me know what was wrong with the car, and that it would be ready for pick up around 4pm that day. I came after work, as they stayed open again for me, as I couldn't get over there till 7:30. My car starts great and they really took my best interest and time into consideration. more

I took my c230 in to get a detail, and a Mercedes Service on it. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the quality of detail they spent on cleaning and well, detailing. more

I took my car in for some scheduled maintenance on my SL55. They where on top of keeping me updated through out my entire service, and when I asked to speak to my technician, Anton, he was absolutely amazing. Answered every question I had about my Mercedes, and even explained something on the radio that I had been having troubles understanding. Very knowledgeable staff more

My Husband and I recently tried out Lucas Auto Care, from a recommendation from an office mate of his. When we got there we where greeted by Gary, who said he would take care of our vehicle. Incredible! Lucas Auto Care worked on my car when other shops were afraid to. They pulled the motor and transmission and completely rebuilt both now it runs better than ever. Also did some brake work on my wife's car with their on-car brake lathe and now it stops smoothly without squeaking. We're always treated well and my wife actually doesn't mind going there like she does other car shops. Thanks guys! more

I took my BMW here to get the front-end repainted and to have some interior work done (my dash needed to be recovered). They got me in a loaner car same day, and when the car was ready the interior looked absolutely amazing. My Z4 is ready for our nights out again more
