Larson Air came out for a gas leak and turned it off for me. The guy was friendly and it was overall a positive experience I would recommend. more

My heating mechanism failed and Larson Air fixed that. They were very expensive but they worked in a very timely manner and were very professional. more

Efficient, professional, overall superb 1/29/2014

Larson Air came in and replaced the circuit board on our furnace. The guy got here on time, which is always nice, and he was dressed appropriately and clean, was cognizant enough to wear safety gear and not get anything dirty. He diagnosed the furnace which took a while and he gave us different options to choose. It took him an hour to get the part and once he did, it only took 15 to 20 minutes so he was very fast. I've dealt with other HVACs and they're not always the best but he came off as a nice guy. more

Value for my money. Very notable customer service. 11/14/2013

My air conditioner was leaking, so I called Larson Air to repair it. They were able to come out to my home quickly. They were very responsive and accommodated my schedule perfectly. They were able to repair the air conditioner in the end, but it took them several attempts to repair it completely. It is notable that they didn't charge me at all for their unsuccessful attempts. They even returned a check I wrote out to them because they didn't feel they provided adequate service for me. I thought this really gave me value for my money, and I was really impressed with this level of service. The servicemen who came were extremely professional and timely. They were careful coming into my house. They wore booties and put out drop cloths each time to make sure that they wouldn't damage a thing. They also cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely recommend the folks at Larson Air. more

I'm very happy with their service 11/8/2013

I checked Larson Air out to make sure that all of their technicians are certified. That made me feel confident: that they're certified in the systems and all that. The first person we were introduced to was even an engineering graduate, so that really made me quite happy. They seem to be very thorough. They're very polite and they always cover their feet instead of clomping with mud up your stairs. They're very clean as well and always vacuum behind themselves and everything. Of course, the most important part for me is the technological information that they have: the "know-how." I don't feel like they push products on us either. I've been very happy and will continue with them. more

Nice tech who solved the problem. 11/7/2013

I had some coils that were clogged up. Good thing the Larson Air technician was there, because I could have had a fire. My box was shorting out and everything. He was very friendly and good about telling me what the problem was. more

Great customer service, knowledgeable techs, and a fair price. 11/5/2013

The area I live in is Las Vegas. When I was just moving in, I found it was 117 degrees and the air conditioning in the house I had just bought didn't work. I called five different places and Larson Air is the one that was there in an hour and that got me going. I have worked with them since then. The particular tech who comes to my house is very polite and really knows what he's doing. Even when I was getting frustrated, because he was having some issues figuring out a problem I was having, he stayed calm and worked his way through it and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier. Larson has great customer service. They are the people to call when you need them get there right away. When they come out, they have qualified folks and the cost is reasonable as well. more

High quality service. 11/1/2013

Larson Air has provided preventative maintenance on our HVAC system here at home. There's one particular technician that comes over. His name is Tom and he's very good at what he does. He makes sure we understand what's going on and if anything's needed. He's very conscientious does a very good job. We've been using their service for three years. We've always received very good, timely service from them. We really couldn't ask for more. The technician is very trustworthy. I don't doubt anything he tells me. more

Jake, from Larson Air, is outstanding. I've had him twice out here for furnace and A/C maintenance. He really takes the time to explain things to you. I've dealt with A/C people for decades and he's the most outstanding I dealt with. more

They are always on time. I really like the fact they give you a call before they arrive and always arrive within the time frame they give you. Last time we had them for a repair, they brought down parts and showed us what needed to be replaced. We were confident the work they were doing was honest, they showed integrity. more

Good service, quick response. 4/16/2013

I had an emergency issue with my air conditioning and it went out. I called Larson Air in the late afternoon and they came out first thing in the morning. The response time was very quick and I really appreciated that. Larson Air is a good quality company that you can rely on to get the job done right. more

I have used Larson Air twice in the past year. The first time was for a fan motor that went out. The second time was for a capacitor that went out. Both times, they have fixed the problem promptly. more

Great experience! 10/1/2012

My air conditioner broke. So, I looked for a company who could fix it and found Larson Air. They came over on the same day and replaced the air conditioner. I had the new system running within four hours. As they were working, the technicians explained what they were doing. They were nice and thorough. more

My experience with Larson Air was wonderful. I had no problems with them at all. I called them up and told them my problems, and they came out and diagnosed it. They got it fixed and gave me some recommendations, and advised me about what I should do now and what I should wait on. more

I found out about Larson Air through one of their trucks. I decided to give them a call because I was having a problem with my air conditioner. When they came, they explained everything very well. Their diagnosis was precise, and the price was extremely good. more

good good good 5/9/2012

I needed service in green valley/henderson. My AC died the second day I had it on. My kids and pets were dying and taking turns in front of the open freezer. Pathetic. Called Larson Air after a google search and by 4 oclock that afternoon, someone was out fixing my ac and we all slept comfortably that night. more

figured they'd be another joe schmo company with a groupon trying to drum up business somehow. but they came out, were knwledgeable and likable. didn't feel pressured to buy anything they suggested, but now i know what i need to save up in case it crashed on me more
