I've used Larson Air for a while now because I can count on them to do a good job. They always come right out and get the job done. They recently came and fixed the A/C vents in my attic because they got messed up by a different contractor working up there. As always, Larson did a quality job. more

It was my first time using Larson Air. Overall it was a good experience. They repaired fuses on two of my AC units. The whole process was quick, and took about 20 minutes. The servicemen were friendly. It was a good service. I'm very happy and I will be using them again. more

Larson Air is really went the extra mile for me. I'm in Wisconsin, and I have a rental home out in Las Vegas with elderly tenants. They called me on a particular day when their air conditioning wasn't working, and they were hot. It was really important to get someone there that was fast and would not inflate prices, as well as give me quality, speedy service. Larson Air was just that. My dad is a general contractor that has used Larson Air so he recommended them to me. I also read great reviews of them online, and now I can see why everybody loves them. They got there fast, took care of my tenants, and they were happy. They actually gave me three different options which meant they weren't just trying to make a big sale. I went with the most expensive one, which was to have the whole unit replaced. They went above and beyond by taking pictures of the old and new units so that I could see all the work that they did. I was spending a lot of money over the phone, and this meant a lot to me. I know they must be busy people, so to take the time out to send me photos was the cherry on top of why I rated them so highly. Talk about great customer service! more

Larson Air had completely replaced my air conditioning unit before, and this time they fixed a capacitor on the other unit. It's turned out well. They were professional, courteous, and they explained everything. They made me feel comfortable, and I'd continue to use them. more

Larson Air came out right away. I had a unit go out in my bedroom which is not a pleasant place to have the A/C go out if you had to pick a room. I called them late at night and they came over in an hour or hour and a half. They had the parts to fix my unit, they took care of it, and I had cold air! It was great. more

It was a great experience dealing with Larson Air. Every time they came over, they arrived within an hour of calling which was very impressive. When the technician showed up, he clearly explained what was wrong and everything that needed to be done to fix my A/C unit. I told him I didn't have the money at the moment and he assured me it was not a problem at all. He came back a few days later when I called him back and he replaced the compressor for me. I called Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service because of their great reviews online. I live in CA and my mom lives in Las Vegas. I arranged for them to come out for her because her English is limited. She speaks Chinese. They were quick to respond and honest. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their customer service. more

Tom came out to fix my A/C today. They did a fantastic job, excellent customer service, did a great job explaining everything, did a great job explaining my different options, and didn't charge me for things I didn't need yet. They also had a fantastic Military Discount. more

Larson Air just did a double check maintenance for our unit. When they installed it, water was dripping out so they came and fixed it at no charge to us! Very friendly and willing to work with what we needed. more

I had Larson Air sent out to the house to service it's A/C. I live out of state in Nebraska and the house is in Las Vegas. The technician sent me some pictures showing me the issues with the components inside. They called me back about what I wanted to do and the technician gave me his recommendation of replacing just one component that would get it up and running or replacing other parts that would wear down the wear of the unit itself. I went with the former recommendation. We worked over the phone and they were pretty good to work with. Never had any issues with them. I had to reschedule to accommodate the tenant in Las Vegas and Larson Air worked with me--was never an issue. They also allowed me to provide payment directly to them over the phone so the tenant didn't have to deal with any payment issues. more

Larson Air --Air Conditioning and Heating Service is really good. They are very professional, and the guys we have who come in are good each time. They are the ones who originally installed our air-conditioning. They do a yearly check-up on our air conditioner, and we continue to use their service because they haven't done a bad job yet. So far everything has been good. more

We are new to the Las Vegas area and this was our first time using Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service. After having 1-hour come out the day before, our compressor broke. Larson was very responsive and able to repair it quickly. Their prices are reasonable. I would definately use them again in the future. more

What really stood out to me about Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service, was that they were honest with me. I needed a new air conditioner, so I called a few companies for estimates. One company came over and didn't look at anything and their estimate was $8000. When I asked why so high, they told me it was because they needed to also include a heating system. I don't need a heating system, but they told me that's what they would have to include! My sister suggested I call Larson Air, as they've been around town for awhile. I called them up and they came out the same day. They were able to replace my AC system for $2500. The employee who came out was so nice and accommodating to work with. He went and bought the unit and installed it that same day. He's no longer there, he took a different job somewhere else, but he was really great. I also spoke with Travis on the phone and he was very nice too. It was a very good experience. As a Real Estate Agent, I will recommend them to all of my clients. Jan Nardozzi more

Larson Air is excellent. We had our air conditioner go out recently as the temperature started to get to 100 degrees. It kept tripping the circuit breaker, and they came out once to add an extra capacitor so that when the motor starts it draws less currents, but it kept breaking after that. So they came back, checked it again, and Travis himself told us that we probably needed a new condenser. I told him that it would be difficult to do financially, but he helped us work it out. He did the job well, and he and his workers were here until 8 PM on a Saturday. That's well over the normal working hours, and I didn't get charged overtime. They stuck to the price that they originally quoted me. The AC unit has been working perfectly since they came and fixed it. He was the first air conditioning contractor that I ever contacted in Las Vegas after moving here from Washington in 2010. He responded rapidly and took care of the problem, and we've been using them ever since. Tom Mahon more

Larson Air-Air Conditioning and Heating Service was very good. They arrived on time, were very clean, efficient, and personable. If they needed more people, they brought in more people. They had to rewire some electrical outlets on our roof for our air conditioner, and they did it in one-hundred degree weather! They were just really good and made sure to clean up after themselves. more

There was a time where there was no air coming out of the A/C so Larson Air came out and checked the insulation in the attic. Then they checked the fans and saw that one of lines had a break in it so they fixed that for me. They also worked on the thermostat because they figured the thermostat wasn't telling the system what to do. My air conditioner is doing great. My son-in-law called Larson Air and they were here within an hour and a half. They fixed my air conditioner in 10 minutes. The 2 guys that came out were very friendly and took care of business. They were out of there quickly, and it was awesome! more

I've used Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Services three times. It's been the same issue with the heating unit. Their service is pretty good, and they are very professional. They were upfront with me, but I have a hard time thinking that the part I needed would cost that much. I didn't have time to shop around though. They were right on time, and I have no complaints. It's just that in Las Vegas if you don't have time to shop around it makes you leery of people in that industry. more
