Review content:
I checked Larson Air out to make sure that all of their technicians are certified. That made me feel confident: that they're certified in the systems and all that. The first person we were introduced to was even an engineering graduate, so that really made me quite happy.
They seem to be very thorough. They're very polite and they always cover their feet instead of clomping with mud up your stairs. They're very clean as well and always vacuum behind themselves and everything.
Of course, the most important part for me is the technological information that they have: the "know-how." I don't feel like they push products on us either. I've been very happy and will continue with them.
