Larson Air LLC

I have used Larson Air for the past four years. They take care of the heating and air conditioning in all of our condos. The management and owner are all good, down to earth people, and are extremely flexible when it comes to payments. They are a great company on top of their game. Larson Air works on your time, not their own. They try hard to be accommodating. They always tell the truth about what's wrong, too. I know them on a personal level, and trust them. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I was having some difficulty with my heater so I called Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service. They serviceman came out and he was prompt, clean and friendly. He asked me what the problem was, and then he asked me a few more questions. He wanted to hear my side of the story, before he got down to work. He did what he had to do and as he worked, he handed me a little tool to aim at the vent which took the temperature. I thought it was great how he kept me involved every step of the way. He explained everything he was doing in a way that made me completely comfortable. I thought he was just excellent. And the price was very reasonable. A little while later, the heater failed. I called them and they sent the same guy out. He arrived with a big smile on his face and ready to work. It turned out to be that it just needed a minor adjustment, he took his time doing that and made sure it was working right. And even though it had been over a month since he'd first been there and he had to come out for an adjustment, he didn't charge me anything for it. I thought that was outstanding service! If I owned a business, I'd like to hire a guy just like him to work for me! They've got a winner there. I'm sure the entire company is like that too! I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody too! more

I decided on Larson AC after reviewing 5 other companies. They were the most honest, energetic and worked diligently on putting 20 tons of AC with all the bells and whistles. I had a couple of issues that they came back for and repaired. In fact the picture on their home page is my house with the #4 Rheems all sitting nice and pretty. It was not an easy job, and they went out of their way to do things correctly. Good people and honesty goes a long way to having this kind of huge job done correctly. more

Larson Air came in to fix my air conditioner. I had quite a bit of work done, they put in a new fan etc. Everything is working so far. The fellow that came here was really nice, he knew what he was doing and I felt confident I wasn't getting ripped off in Vegas. I'd definitely use them again. more

Robbie and Travis came at the appointed time (next day appointment) and were really professional. It is hard to find good work within Las Vegas and i would 100 recommend Larson Air. I heard about them through VALUPAK (groupon) and purchased the deal of the day and must say it was well worth it and have signed a contract with them for winter maintenance as well. more

We had a problem with our downstairs heater not blowing out any warm air so my wife called Larson Air on a Friday and set up an appt for someone to come out the next day, Saturday, between 9am-12pm. We got a call on Saturday morning saying the tech was going to be late and they gave us a different time. We didnt have a problem with that because we were home all day. We were just happy that they called to tell us that. When the tech showed up I told him what the problem was and took him to the attic. After a few mins of taking a look, he diagnosed the problem immediately. It was something very simple and he just had to reset everything. Half hour, 45mins later, our heater was working and he only charged us for coming out to the house which was way cheaper than what I thought it was gonna be. The tech that came out to our house was Michael Parise and he was very customer service oriented and had a great attitude. I would hightly recommend Larson Air and will definately use them again if I should have any future problems. more

Like I told Jared Larson himself, Larson Air really did an excellent job. Travis came out and tried to repair my old furnace. After 7 hours of work, he couldn't get it to run properly because of a vacuum leak. Even after a full day of work, he voided the bill totally. He then gave me an estimate for installing a new unit, which I accepted, and he came back out the following week to install a new system, and even threw in a free upgrade. He was in and out in about 5 hours, removing my old system and installing the new one. Larson Air has really gone over and above. They did a really good job. more

Larson Air was absolutely fantastic. We had issues with another AC repair company, but Larson looked at everything first then told us exactly what needed done. They did not overcharge or try to up-sell us on maintenance packages, and the technicians were easy to talk to. They were very friendly guys. They were very quick band they worked efficiently. To top it off, they have actually been willing to waive the fee for some minor things. They do excellent work and you cannot beat their prices. We love their service and we will never go to another company for maintenance or service. more

We had tried another company here in town who did absolutely nothing but take our money. We called Larson Air, and he took time to explain everything to us, worked with us on what we had, and fixed it. I would highly recommend them and already did to our neighbors who have since used them too. They are absolutely fabulous. They had to put in a new computer board for one of our air conditioning units. Our house was built in 1996, and the air conditioner is in the attic. No one could figure out how to get to it. Larson Air got right to it, cleaned it, washed it, and did everything to it. They are reliable, trustworthy, considerate, and they clean up after themselves. They are the best. more

I have known the owner of Larson Air for quite few years and he has really helped me out. He is always there when I need him to be there. Not too long ago, I had Larson install a whole unit, and they did a very good job. They always showed up on time and they worked hard. I have not had any problems. more

2 weeks after moving into our house in June the back air conditioner stopped working. Having just moved to Las Vegas, I had no idea of who to call so I searched the internet and found Larson Air which had excellent reviews. The tech arrived 2 hours after I called and worked for 3 hours trying to revive the ancient air conditioner. As it turned out we needed not only a new air conditioner but also a new furnace both of which were installed by Larson 2 days later. Everyone from Larson was professional, personable and efficient every step of the way and the cost was reasonable. If you have a problem with your air conditioner or furnace forget the others, Larson is the ONLY company to call. Professional, Honest, Efficient, Highly Recommended!! more

Yes, My ""home warranty"" contractors fixed it wrong, so I called Larson Air to fix it correctly. I cannot emphasize it enough, but Larson Air is VERY solid and professional....what a world of difference. more

I had four companies come out to troubleshoot and bid on our two AC units; Larson was the only company that took the time and effort to fully identify the full scope of issues. They also went the extra mile and got one of the units working while here. I cannot recommend them more highly - if you want the job done right the first time - call Larson. more

Larson Air has worked on many of my properties as well as my family's properties. Our experience has been great. They are always very prompt. Right now I am 9 months pregnant and my air conditioning unit went out. To be pregnant in Las Vegas during the hottest part of summer is a big problem, and they did not hesitate to come out. They got me taken care of and they helped me to get the Nevada thermostat uninstalled. They made sure the uninstall was done correctly on both of my properties and they helped with my condenser issue. They worked as fast as possible to get the air conditioner up and running. They know what they are doing and they do not try to gouge you doing it. It is good to have a reputable company that is not going to pray on you because they know you are in need. more

Our air conditioner went out when LV was in triple digits. The team at Larson responded within an hour to our home and had us back up and running within two hours. The guys were great and I highly recommend Larson Air. more

On june 28th my ac went out completely. I called someone the next day and he tried to fix it, it lasted three hours. I knew it was time for a new one, the old one lasted 21 years. I had another unit, the same age, that was then trying o cool the upstairs and downstairs. We then called six companies for estimates. The best one was Larson air. They came out the 3rd of July and put in two new units so we had air for the 4th. They came back on the 5th and fixed the furnace as well and were here until after ten at night to make sure the job was completed. The furnace was in the attic and it was 125 degrees up there all day. They did an amazing job, cleaned up and hauled off all the old stuff and even vaccumed in the room where they were working, at 10:30 at night. The air conditioners they installed are so efficient that my electric bill was half of what it was last year at this time. I am very satisfied and the price was worth every penny. more

Came soon and were very clear with what the problem was and why it occurred. I searched for a while for an a/c company and these guys seemed the best and they were better than expected. more
