Discovered the problem and fixed it 4/25/2014

I had just moved into my home, and I called Larson Air- Air Conditioning and Heating. The man who came was a nice guy and he showed me what was wrong. I didn't have the money at the time to repair my air conditioner, but you have to do what you have to do. He showed me what wasn't working and he fixed it. I had originally just called for a maintenance and check-up, and he discovered that problem. He repaired the problem almost immediately. more

Great to work with and they did what they said they were going to do 4/23/2014

I bought this home last summer and a few months after, we had record-breaking heat at 117 degrees. Larson Air takes care of the A/C unit and so far, so good. I actually looked online first and found other people who liked their work in the valley. I like that they're straightforward when I ask questions. more

Punctual and responsive 4/21/2014

I had my air conditioner go out when it was really hot, and Larson Air-Air Conditioning and Heating Service came right away. The next day after we called, they were there. The pricing was good as far as we knew (I have never bought an air conditioner before). I think they gave us a bit of a break. They were good, punctual, and responsive. more

Good service 4/18/2014

I used Larson Air-Air Conditioning and Heating Service to install an air-conditioning system in our home awhile back. They got the job done and our air-conditioning works well. We did have an issue at first with the installation, however. The guy who came did not install it correctly, and he had to come back a couple of times after the first time to properly install it. Obviously the guy didn't know what he was doing at first. But it works great now after he installed it the last time and I haven't had any problems with it. They still do annual check-ups on our air-conditioning system, and just recently they came to check. They came promptly and gave good customer service. more

Professional and caring service 4/17/2014

Overall I have been very satisfied with the work done by Larson Air Conditioning and Heating Service. They are a great company that provides professional service in a timely and efficient manner. They also answered all the questions I posed during the service and were very thorough in making sure everything was correct. I feel as if they are a trustworthy and reliable company providing excellent results and I am thoroughly satisfied with the work they have done for me. I will continue to use them in the future as needed be and if anybody else is in need of a heating and air conditioning service in the area, Larson Air will do the job. I can trust that he will be straight forward and honest with me about what needs to be done. He is responsive and gets the job done quickly. Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. 4/9/2014

It was the first time Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service came out and worked on my house. They did a maintenance check-up on my two air conditioning units and inspected the condensers. The technician that came over seemed like a real veteran and like there wasn't anything he didn't know how to do. He was really knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining why he made the recommendations that he did, elaborating on why I should do certain things and seemed very honest. He sounded like he actually liked what he was doing, was very professional and experienced. more

Good service 4/7/2014

Larson Air-Air Conditioning and Heating Service was quick and did the job. They serviced my air-conditioning system for the coming summer. When I moved into the house last April, they serviced the unit in the back of my house. A young guy (can't remember his name) came and he was very nice and helpful. I have not had a problem with my air-conditioning system since. I attempted to install my own air-conditioning system prior to this service, and I bought the wrong thermostat. They came over and fixed what I did wrong. more

Very satisfied! 4/1/2014

One day it was 64 degrees in the house because the heater had gone out, so I called Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service. It was the second time we used them. There wasn't a whole lot of winter left, but it was cold. I called them and set up a time for them to come out. They replaced the part, and the service was good. Their phone contact is excellent. They called to let me know when the guy was going to be here. more

AWESOME COMPANY! 3/21/2014

I am a Property Manager of 150 units in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We have struggled with HVAC/Heating companies lack of customer service, outrageous prices and lack of follow up. Not anymore!!! Larson Air is our go to AC company and the service from Niele in the office to Travis and Tom out in the filed is outstanding!! Our tenants and homeowners are thrilled! I would give 100 stars!!!! more

Awesome 3/11/2014

I have two condos in Vegas and Larson Air took care of one. I had another company working with both but Larson's the less pricey option so I use Larson for both now. They explained everything to me, everything that could go wrong with the system, and anything that needed to be replaced. They also troubleshooted everything so we wouldn't have problems in the summer. more

Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service did a great job for me. I recently purchased a home without a functional heating and air conditioning unit. Travis came over and accessed the situation. He had me up and running with a good system with in days. All of this was done at a great price. I am very happy! more

They give fast service 2/14/2014

We've used Larson Air for a couple of years. The last time we had no heat, so they came in and had to purge our system in order to get the heat to work. We're pretty happy with their service. more
