My air conditioner was leaking, so I called Larson Air to repair it. They were able to come out to my home quickly. They were very responsive and accommodated my schedule perfectly.
They were able to repair the air conditioner in the end, but it took them several attempts to repair it completely. It is notable that they didn't charge me at all for their unsuccessful attempts. They even returned a check I wrote out to them because they didn't feel they provided adequate service for me. I thought this really gave me value for my money, and I was really impressed with this level of service.
The servicemen who came were extremely professional and timely. They were careful coming into my house. They wore booties and put out drop cloths each time to make sure that they wouldn't damage a thing. They also cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely recommend the folks at Larson Air.
