The technician from Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service was very upfront with me, explained everything and told me what he would do if my AC unit belonged to him. They are upfront and honest and I sure love that in a repair person.
We just moved into a house in April and bought the house. It had been marked down quite a bit, so we knew there was some fix up available. We have two AC units, and one of them became disinterested in further toil one day and stopped. So my wife gets on the computer and looks up different places. She always reads the reviews and was quite impressed with Larson Air. She gave them a call and the serviceman said he would be out this afternoon. I said wow, OK.
He came out, looked it over and said that if I was going to bet on a unit that had finally decided to give up the ghost, this would be the one. He said he could fix it but didn't know how long it would work. I said I'll just go with the fix and hope for the best. He said that with Larson you don't have to hope for best: If it stops running within 30 days after it is fixed, we'll take the money you've spent and put it towards the new one. I said wow, that's a no-brainer and that's a good deal, so that's what we did.
