He arrived at my house within 2 hours after calling them and fixed the AC unit. It works great now. The repairman from Larson Air was polite, professional, and very respectful of my home. The technician from Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service was very upfront with me, explained everything and told me what he would do if my AC unit belonged to him. They are upfront and honest and I sure love that in a repair person. We just moved into a house in April and bought the house. It had been marked down quite a bit, so we knew there was some fix up available. We have two AC units, and one of them became disinterested in further toil one day and stopped. So my wife gets on the computer and looks up different places. She always reads the reviews and was quite impressed with Larson Air. She gave them a call and the serviceman said he would be out this afternoon. I said wow, OK. He came out, looked it over and said that if I was going to bet on a unit that had finally decided to give up the ghost, this would be the one. He said he could fix it but didn't know how long it would work. I said I'll just go with the fix and hope for the best. He said that with Larson you don't have to hope for best: If it stops running within 30 days after it is fixed, we'll take the money you've spent and put it towards the new one. Travis from Larson Air had Sergio at my house by 8 a.m. on Monday--and he was terrific, polite, very thorough and explained what I needed to know. The day before, on Sunday, one of my AC units went out and I called them that night. Sergio, who fixed the unit, was wonderful. He had been out on calls and had been working 7 days a week, but he was as neat as a pin and his uniform was clean. I was very impressed. And when he left here at 9:30, my house was cooling down. It was good, just as I expected. I thought Larson Air's price was reasonable and I just thank them for their quick response. more

The technician fixed a small electrical device that failed and he was finished in less than 30 minutes. Why did it cost over $500 dollars? These companies in Vegas are a rip-off and they love to overcharge for simple services! We previously recommended a new fan motor but he declined and opted for the band aid repair. The part we recommended but he declined to fix has now failed. more

I used Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service when I had to install a new air conditioning unit last April. What happened is that the unit broke down completely so they had to replace it and they did it all at their cost. So, now I have a brand new unit. I think they were very fair and responsible so I definitely recommend them and yes, I would use them again. more

There was little destruction done to my house while they were working and they did a fantastic job. Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service had a challenging job to do because the house is kind of new and I had some trouble one time and because of it they had to open up the wall to fix a line. I think that was everything but the repair was good, it was perfect. The price was reasonable, I still had to pay so it wasn't perfect! I'm kidding, I paid more than I wanted to pay but I don't know anything about AC so it was worth it. The service was great, perfect I would say. The guy was great, I liked him a lot and we got along because he went to the military and I am retired from the army. more

A couple of years ago they replaced an AC and they've come back for preventative maintenance. Prices are good. The technician was courteous and prompt. Larson Air came and had to fix my heater, and he put in a new ignitor that worked all day and stopped that night. I called them the next morning and he went and put in a new ignitor--then determined the control board was bad. They credited work on the ignitor, but I had to shell out another $600 for the control board. It was fixed, it just wasn't fixed immediately. But, I was happy with their service because they were good. more

The technicians go above and beyond, even to the point of coming back on their way home from work just to double check or check something that we've called about. I knew their dad for years. When they started their air conditioning and heating business, I started using them. It has probably been seven or eight years of using them. They have made repairs, and completed service checks every six months. Everyone is on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. Everything seems to be done in a good manner.
