Painless Experience! 1/16/2015

I've used Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service twice in a one year span of time and both experiences have been great. The service is always prompt and they arrive on time. The last time I used them, I called them at 7:30 at night, expecting to not have anyone come out until the next day but they sent someone over within 20 minutes. They quickly figure out the problem and usually their repair process only takes a few hours. The prices are super reasonable and I really recommend them! more

Honest service and reasonable cost 1/11/2015

I have used Larson previously for servicing my air conditioner before the summer season. I find them to be honest. They let me know my options and never try to oversell. This time my problem was with my hydronic heating. Tom carefully inspected my unit and gave me options for repair. He also went ahead and helped me change my air filter. more

Very reliable and efficient 12/17/2014

I had originally called a smaller A/C company to deal with a heating problem in our condo and the company turned out to be not very reliable. Larson had replaced our condenser about four years ago and I called them again. They were friendly, punctual and reliable. They fixed our problem and saved me thousands. more

I am satisfied with Larson Air's quality and for taking their time with me even through it was getting late. I had a very old system and they were very honest -- they showed me everything I needed to do. I always call them back because they are fast and are here when they say they will; overall, they give good quality work and good service. more

No regrets over using them 12/9/2014

Larson Air-Air Conditioning and Heating fixed my heater. They were very friendly and polite. They didn't use big words, and they just explained to me what was wrong. They did their best to help out. I needed a new heater, but they did the best they could to save my heater, and save me money. I felt really good about what the technician was doing. more

Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service is great. Before I hired someone to install a new air conditioner, I looked at 7 different companies to find the right one. Larson Air was the most personable and spent the most time considering and listening to my needs. They were great at ordering parts and communicating about prices. At first I thought it would be very expensive like most national companies, but it turned out to be very reasonable. After they installed the system, the metal fabrication looked very nice and they had removed pigeon nests from the roof. The system is works very well and I have never had any problems with it. more

Very professional and customer friendly 9/29/2014

I have used Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service a few times now, and have been very satisfied with their work. The last time I called them, the air conditioner wasn't working for my tenants, so they came out at a moment's notice and got it work. The unit was being a little loud, so I had them replace it, too. They've done a great job so far and provide professional and friendly customer service, so I have nothing to complain about. more

Efficient and professional. 9/24/2014

Larson Air came in and diagnosed the problem quick. They then offered me options on how to go about fixing the problem. They gave me an estimate and then the actually gave me a military discount, so the price came out much lower than the estimate. The A/C works fine now. more

Larson Air came recommended to me by somebody in the Home Owner's Association, so I contracted them to install a new A/C system in my home. They arrived on time, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and ended up doing a good job. The service was great and the system is working well, so overall I am satisfied with my experience. more

Good, but pad installation shouldn't cost extra 8/25/2014

Larson Air recently installed a new A/C unit for me. The unit works great, but it was really noisy so they had to come back and install a noise reducing pad. It didn't make sense to me why they couldn't just install the pad in the first place, especially when you're already paying $3500 for an A/C system. But other than that, the service was fine. more

Very professional and helpful 8/18/2014

I was very pleased with the service from Larson Air, they did exactly what I needed and it was a great experience overall. I had called two other places first and I was getting jacked around by them a bit, but when I called Larson there was a clear difference in the quality of service. Travis was helpful and professional and he gave me a fair quote for the job. He came out the next day and he did all that needed to be done to fix my A/C unit. Great service. more

I have used Larson Air multiple times in the past because they're quick and I can always count on them to get the job done. The last time that he came, he figured out what was wrong, replaced the part, and was out of here within fifteen minutes. The service is always professional and they do a quality job.
