More time was spent attempting to sell than to service. 5/3/2012

Larson Air came out to do the service of one of my air conditioning units, which I had done once or twice a year with different companies. They seemed to spend their time determining the 1000-plus worth of repairs that they recommend I spend on making changes. I didn't end up hiring them for those repairs. more

I had Larson Air do a HVAC tune up for me. I scheduled the appointment with them and they followed up with a confirmation email. Thus it was all documented and professional. The tech called to let me know that he was running a little late, which I appreciated. He came out and did a thorough job. I talked to him for a while to get a better understanding of the HVAC system. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. more

Overall okay experience. 4/19/2012

Larson Air came out to inspect my air conditioning and do some maintenance. I had a coupon, so they did whatever it covered, though I can't remember entirely. It was some installation and inspection of wires and stuff. Overall it was an okay experience by me. more

Larson Air's work was done efficiently and correctly, but you need to wait a while with any air conditioning service. I haven't used it much, so I'll need to wait a while to see if there are anymore problems. I would use them again for my next house. more

Prompt and profession service 4/11/2012

I received different estimates and Larson Air had best price and were more personable, that's why I went with them. They replaced the unit and did some duct work. They did a nice job. more

They came out fast and were very proficient and fair. I searched on the internet and ended up calling them because they had the best reviews. I hired them for some repair work. They worked on wires that had been chewed by dogs, a blown fuse, and a few other things they found along the way. more

Larson Air was prompt and called ahead to let me know that they were coming. They were extremely courteous and very efficient. The employee knew what he was doing. I chose Larson Air because they had evening hours, which made everything very convenient. Also, they didn't charge me for working after hours. more

Larson Air was awesome. The guy's are really cool. Adam was very helpful and explained everything to us. He made sure we did not have any unanswered question's. The whole team was respectful and just very nice guy's. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood. I could not have asked for better customer service. more

Larson Air was really good because before them, I had 3 other companies come out to fix my furnace for my new home. Other companies tried to rip me off, but Larson gave me a straight estimate and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They let pay in 2 payments without a credit check and I was very happy with that. It was a last minute major thing to fix and I didn't have all the money ready, so it was great that they let me do that. I have already recommended Adam to other people and he did a great job for others as well. more
