First I called ARS and they responded in less than a day but came to my house stating that the AC would die within 3 months and to fix what I have would cost $3500. Guess what, I called Larson Air, they were on plus cleaned the coils, replaced the insallation and many other things .. but then 3 of the repairs that ARS said I needed were proven to be totally bogus. Thank you Larson Air for being honest and having resonable prices. I will always contact your for my heating and AC needs. more

They have done mainly maintenance work on air conditioning units for me. I like that when you call them, they show up very quickly. They are very neat and they go about their business. I recently contacted Larson Air for a maintenance call. They came out to get my air conditioning system ready for the heat. When Jared was running a few minutes late, he called to let me know, which I appreciated. He was neat and very upfront, explaining everything that was happening so that I understood it. When he found one little problem, he gave me a price for what it would cost to fix it. I am having him come back this week to work on that. I did not feel that Larson Air overcharged me. It can be hard to find AC people in Las Vegas that are honest, and I felt that Jared was honest and trustworthy. more

My experience with Larson Air was great! I was told by another company that a number of things needed to be fixed on my A/C unit and that it would be a costly service! I got a second opinion with Larson Air and the tech told me it was only a minor problem, a quick fix and I'd be charged a fraction of what the other company quoted me! I had a problem with my heater cycling on and off every few seconds. I had one outfit come out and try to sell me a new unit. Another claimed it was my thermostat. Someone else said it was a circuit board. Steve at Larson came out and correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it during his initial inspection. It turned out to be a simple problem that he spotted right away. I have not had the problem since. Because I am writing negative reviews about the other services, I had to compliment Larson. They really know what they are doing. more

I found Larson Air on the Internet and choose them because they had good customer reviews. As soon as I called them, they were here within in an hour, and they were fast and fair. The technician, Allen, was great. He went straight to the furnace and, after thinking that the problem was one thing that would have been more expensive to repair, he double-checked it and found that it was actually not as bad. I felt really good about how honest he was with me. They found the part for me right away and Allen came back about 40 minutes later to fix it. Everything was done that morning and, within 3 hours of the time I called them, I was back in business -- staying warm. I will definitely use Larson Air again. more

We went out for competitive bids and were totally impressed with Larson Air in terms of the detail of the bid, the services that they were going to provide, and the cost. We are a non-profit, so getting a discount on the price is a phenomenal feature. We have been using Larson Air for almost a year. We recently expanded and have 2 separate buildings now, both of which they service. They are very approachable. Because they are the ones who answer the phone, you do not have to go through several different people to get an answer. With heating/air service, it is often a last-minute issue that we are calling them about, and they are good at coming out and taking care of it right away. If they cannot be there that day, they tell us when they can come the next day so that we know when to expect them. Larson Air is a family-owned and operated business, which makes a big difference. They genuinely care and are supporting their family, which is reflected in the way that they do things and how they deal with their customers. I would definitely recommend Larson Air. I called Larson Air in a desperate situation when one of the 3 AC units at my business was not working. It was Friday at 4 p.m. before a 3-day weekend and they answered their phone, whereas a lot of other companies did not. They were able to come out that day, about 2-1/2 hours later. They fixed the unit and billed me a ridiculously low price for the service. I had a great experience with Larson Air and am extremely happy with the way that everything turned out. We have used Larson Air multiple times and had a very good experience with them. They respond quickly and are very pleasant, nice people to work with. When it is 110 degrees, you need a quick response. Larson Air came out as soon as possible to service us. Our unit was not working properly and they initially replaced one of the parts. Then, when it turned out that the entire unit needed to be replaced, they gave us a credit for the part we had already put in. We bought a high-quality unit that they were able to get for us. They were thorough in the installation and conscientious about working in our house -- they came in and out carefully. All of the work that they did turned out well.
