JW, was my salesman, i bought a 2005 civic si as my first car out of college, works great, and easy to deal with. they even gave me a starbucks card for test driving the car, and a free hands free blue tooth to go with the car. they are willing to make a sale with you :) more

Superb customer service at Klein Honda 9/15/2010

We recently purchased a new CR-V from Klein Honda and had one of the best experiences of purchasing a vehicle. When we stopped at the dealership with the intention of checking out what they had in terms of used vehicles that we could tow behind our RV. Rich Leavitt came out to see what he could do for us and then proceeded to show us several CR-V models and answered questions we had on each package. Instead of purchasing a used vehicle we drove off in a new one completely satisfied with our purchase. Rich is the most delightful sales person I have ever done business with and will recommend him to anyone who is even thinking of purchasing a vehicle as the person to see. Thanks Rich. more

This is my first experience with the purchase of a new Honda, I am very pleased with the service I received . My salesman, Alex Luu did an outstanding job and was very patient with me. In fact all the gentleman I spoke with were all very professional, and kind .No pressure sales ! My previous car was a Toyota purchased from Rodland Toyota , and my experience with Alex was far superior than I experienced I had at Rodland Toyota . I expect Alex will go far in sales . Honda Pilot buying experience at Klein Honda 9/15/2010

Bought a Honda pilot from Klein Honda. Rich Leavitt did a good job in going over all the complicated features of the touring model. We were also looking for a black pilot which was not available. They found one for us and called us before the expected time frame and got all the accessories on board. Do your resarch and they will work with you to give you a good deal as long as it is reasonable. Would recommend this dealership. We actually drove two hours to do business with Klein honda. more

I just bought a Honda CRV from Klein Honda. The sales representative, Rich Leavitt, did a great job in finalizing the deal. I called Rich and told him what I was willing to pay and within the hour the deal was done. Do your homework and make an offer. If it is reasonable they will work with you. We love our new CRV! more

Just bought a new Honda CR-Z Sport Hyrbrid the first off the lot! Alex Lee was an exceptional salesman, he helped me find a great price on the car and all the stuff I wanted with it. It was an amazing experience, very friendly, very understanding of our financial needs. Never pressured us once into anything, always stayed calm and collected and was even the jokester! I recommend anyone who is wanting to purchase a car to visit Klein Honda in everett and ask for Alex, because he's one of the best salesman ever! more

I had a great experience at Klein Honda the other day. I had a salesman named Rich Leavitt. He helped me so much because at first I was undecided on which honda car. He knew all the facts/information about the cars I was looking at. He was very friendly and patient. This is the type of sales man you want.!!!!! I bought my car that same day and everything went very smooth!! I suggest everyone ask for Rich Leavitt he is not pushy ,he is an easy going guy who wants to help you and knows his stuff. Great dealership experience from a first time Honda buyer! 9/11/2010

My brother recently purchased a new 2010 Honda Accord EX-L V6 over the labor day weekend. We went to several Puget Sound Honda dealerships to check out their selections, prices, sales reps, and dealership impressions. In the end, my brother bought the car from Klein Honda even though we live in Seattle! It's true that Klein Honda packages a lot of options on their vehicles, but so do a lot of other Honda dealerships. We choose Klein because we able to get the car at a great price and they were negotiable on the options that we really didn't need. We also had a great buying experience with our sales rep, Tony Nguyen. Throughout the car buying process, Tony asked us questions about what we were looking for and what our needs were. He wanted to make sure we bought a vehicle that would make us happy. None of the other dealerships asked us those types of questions during our shopping experience. Even the Manager Joel came to talk to us to ask us questions about what car we wanted. He asked us regardless of price, what kind of features and options would we be most happy with. He didn't try to sell us on any particular option and listened to what we had to say. Joel said the dealership owner, Mr. Klein, was committed to customer satisfaction and didn't want buyers to purchase a vehicle they would regret later on. I was impressed how dedicated both men were in making sure we buy a vehicle that we would be completely satisfied with! After the car was driven to the door, Tony took time to show us all the features of the car and how to use the Bluetooth hands-free option. He even demonstrated how with one touch of the key fob, all the windows and sunroof opened at the same time. I didn't even know that was possible on the Accord?! I was impressed that he took the time to do that for us. We came back a weekend later to pickup all-season rubber floor mats we had ordered. There was an issue with availability of the mats, even though my brother got a call during the week saying the mats were in. Somehow the person in parts that handled the order wasn't in and the guy in parts told my brother to come back on Monday. Our sales rep, Tony, said he would take care of the issue and sure enough we got the rubber floor mats that were ordered. He installed it for us and replaced the carpet floor mats and put them in the trunk for us. In summary, we had an exceptional car buying experience with Klein Honda. We don't regret our decision to buy from them. Dedication to customer satisfaction and service is what sets them apart. I recommend them with no reservations. Great job, Tony! more

Bad experience, bad sales rep 9/7/2010

Went to look for a 2010 Honda Insight with my wife yesterday because we received a mailing from them trying to entice us to go there for some good deals. When we got there we were given a sales rep to work with that was totally rude, unfriendly and unpleasant to work with. He left such a bad impression of Klein Honda that we probably will never go back there ever again. Does he think that there is only one dealership that wants our business? Klein Honda, if you are reading this, please train your sales people to be more friendly and professional with your clients or you will lose much of your business and all of your mass mailing and marketing are just going to waste. more

Worst experience ever 9/2/2010

Bought a brand new 2010 Pilot, only 2 months later found out the dvd player Klein had installed had shorted out my airbags and thereby voided out my factory and extended warranties on the airbag system. Klein's response was to attempt to sell me another new car and make another profit off their mistake. Worst customer service (from sales people all the way up to the general manager) I have ever experienced. If you google Klein Honda you will see there have been tons of people dissatisfied with how they push aftermarket accessories and my experience there is proof that these accessories can ruin your car/investment. DO NOT buy here. I had to report them to the attorney general's office to get them to even respond to a portion of my complaint. more

Completely impressed! 8/27/2010

I'm new to this area and I was trying to find a close place to take my 2009 CRV for an oil change and basic check up after driving it across country. I stopped into Klein Honda one Saturday and asked if I could get my oil changed. Tim was very helpful and explained that since they had a full schedule it might be and hour and a half to two hours! In the end, I decided to go for it and I waited in their customer lounge, and Tim ended up getting my car done in under an hour, and way under the time he estimated! I was completely impressed with the time, and the inspection sheets that they give you are so informative and interesting! Overall, I will definitly go back to Klein! more

Great Service 8/26/2010

Tim in the service department is friendly and professional, I really appreciate having a trustworthy place to take my car. I own an '02 Honda Civic and always get my oil changes through Klein Honda, they are always quick and easy to deal with. I've never had to do any major services with my Honda, but if I did, they would be where I would go. more

Another buyer in awe with Klein Honda! 7/31/2010

We just bought a Sports Fit (with Navigation package) from Raj. He is not like those flashy car salesman who make you feel like million bucks when you enter and trash you when you start to negotiate. We were looking for black trim Sports Fit, but they didnt had the trim we were looking for without the navigation package. We were not so keen on paying extra(2k) for just navigation package so we named a price which was very conservative(in my opinion). Raj surprised us by giving us an offer which we could not refuse without much fuzz(may be couple of revision not too bad when we look at delta). My wife thought we needed time to process and told him we would comeback after analyzing it bit more. Raj still maintained cool even though he gave what we asked for and didnt push us to sign the deal and let us walk away with the quote. The whole experience was so surreal to me. We felt so obliged to sign the deal when we saw the car for second time when we stepped out. We turned back signed the deal and drove home our fit. If you want to sign a deal and not feel like compelled to swallow a big pill- do dropby Klein Honda you wont be disappointed. Thanks Raj for getting us our Fit. Pros: Great people, very competitive pricing! Cons: Not many left in the model we were looking! more

Great Car Buying Experience in Everett 7/31/2010

This is the second time I have bought a car from Klein Honda. I purchased a CRV in 2007 and had a great experience, so decided to return to purchase an Odyssey this year. Rich Leavitt helped us and was very informative and helpful during the test drive process. We were able to get the exact car that we were looking for, even though they didn't have it at Klein... Rich went and picked it up at another dealership for us the next morning. The car is perfect and our family is enjoying it. Oil change turned into new car 7/30/2010

I went in to get my oil change and was browsing around the lot while I waited. A cute guy approached me and asked if I needed help in my search. Well, of course I need help (as long as he kept smiling). His name was Lae or was it Lai, maybe Lay. My speelcheck is not so great. Regardless, he ensured great customer service and provided much knowledge in energy-efficient cars (my interest). I did not buy a car that day, but will be going back to L (ae, ai, ay) when my funds are sufficient. Thanks to Klein Honda for changing my oil and kudos to the cute young man whose name I can't spell, for awesome conversation and product knowledge. Honesty supersedes all...thanks Lai 7/30/2010

My wife and I just welcomed our new baby girl and we knew it was time to upgrade from our 2-door Honda Coupe to a more "family-friendly" car. We love Hondas and knew we had get another so we went to Klein Honda of Everett. We were greeted by a young man named Lai. At first, we were thinking "Great, he's going to try to sell", but after introducing himself, Lai was nothing like that. He was very courtesy, listened to our needs and took his time to help us find what we were looking for. Needless to say, we drove off the lot in our new 4-door Honda Accord. We were happy and didn't feel cheated. It's so hard to trust people these days and salespeople have always had a bad rep of cheating and lying to make a buck. We are so happy to have met Lai. He really exceeded our expectation and because of his honesty and knowledge, we will be referring all our friends and family to Lai of Klein Honda. Thanks again Lai.
