Best

I am a young woman on a limited budget and Nate worked with me to help me to get an amazing deal on a car. I was a little nervous shopping for a car, but Nate was a real gentleman...

Worst

I went to Klien Honda based on Good reviews in Bing search. I was utterly disappointed as they deployed pressure tactics to sell the car. We went there to decide between 2014 Hond...

Unplanned Pitstop Saved Me Cash 11/12/2009

Went for a roadtrip last week and about 2 hours from home my engine light came on and my car began to lose power. I located the nearest Honda dealer which happened to be Klein Honda and called ahead to see if they could squeeze me in for quick fix. About 2 hours later I was back on the road and my Honda was again running like a champ. It ended up just being a sensor that had gone bad. Everybody was very friendly and understood that I really needed the car fixed to continue on with my roadtrip. Its almost worth the drive for the exceptional service. Thanks guys.. Pros: Friendly Staff Cons: Far From Home more

GREAT SERVICE! 11/12/2009

They were all very friendly and honest about work that needed to be done to my Honda accord. I would definitely go back and recommend them to everyone! Pros: Honest and friendly Cons: none more

SERVICE SCAM ARTIST 11/12/2009

Towed my 1998 Honda Accord (92,000 miles) into dealership. Reno called back and told me I have a bent rod and water in the engine. He recommended a new engine at the cost of $3700, claimed my car was worth nothing if I did not fix it and worth $9000 if I changed the engine. Blue book stated car worth in excellent condition was worth $6000. I had him talk to my husband and then his car value and story about bent rod started to change. Refused to let him work on car and had it towed to another auto repair shop. Called the next day to talk to manager (he was in a meeting). Ben told me they would not recommend a new engine if it was not necessary. Master Technician checked car out so it was needed. Boloney!!! New shop, Evergreen Autoworks, said I probably went through a big puddle and sucked water into the air intake. Removed water, changed oil, air filter and spark plugs. Received car two days later and runs perfectly. NO NEW ENGINE REQUIRED. Honda dealer wanted to scam me into getting new engine when it was not needed. I will never return to this dealer. RIP OFF. Pros: Close to home Cons: Liars more

Honest staff! 10/8/2009

I bought my red Honda Accord Coupe from Klein Honda last week! I submitted an email to their eSales department and they responded back fast with a very personal email. This made me feel good and confident that maybe buying a car is not the bad. I worked with a salesperson named Mitch and he was able to answer all of my questions. If he did not know the answer he was honest and said that he would find out and get back to me, which he did. Great customer service. I had an enjoyable experience at this business. It changed my perspective on buying a car! Pros: Friendly, a bunch of fun people, saved me money Cons: could have better coffee more

Worest dealership ever. Never go again 9/14/2009

By far the worset dealership I have visited in my search of a Honda Pilot EXL. When I enter the dealership, I told them upfront that I knew about the $1250 manualfaturer to dealer incentive on the 09 Pilots, but they lie to me and say that goes to "factory" not them. Then they lie about the dealer holdback. They also want to charge me $3000 on accessories that you can get aftermarket for 1/5 of the price. The invoice sheet they pull out for me is at least $1500 more than what's on edmunds. After I raise $2000 on top of my original offer and allow them to have a fair profit, all I hear from them was "give me more! come on you can do that!". I, as any informed buyer, just say thank you and pack up and leave. Then I heard them saying something very unprofessional behind me, even before my family walks out of the dealership. Conclusion? Tons of sales tricks, high price, unwilling to negotiate fair price, you name the rest. If you did your homework, don't go there, as they will treat you like an uninformed idiot. Just a plain waste of time. Never go there again. Pros: None Cons: Tons of sales tricks. Liars. more

good people, good prices and great service 9/12/2009

After searching for a new Honda for several weeks and visiting both of the eastside Honda stores and tehn the Lynnwood store, the ONLY store where we felt comfortable and relaxed was Klein Honda. We purchased the vehicle in mid August and had some accessories added after the sale and had an opportunity to use the service department for installation and WOW, everything just went so very smoothly. we live in Bellevue and would never consider the drive too far for the pricing and service we received. Our salesperson Bob Labor was terriffic and fun to work with. We happily vote Klein Honda the best around! Pros: small town and personal atmosphere with very friendly staff more

Must be Saturday 7/19/2009

Well where do I start, we went to Klein Honda to get the feel of a Pilot because of the accolade reviews posted on this site. From where I live there are 4 closer Honda dealers that I could of patronize. My experience unlike most reviewers here is totally opposite. I thought I could avoid the unpleasant tactic and disrespect of a typical car salesman. But it was not to be...sigh. #1. Failing to introduce yourself: I don't even know his name instead I got " are you buying or browsing" #2. talking way more than your client ironically not about car: meaning you are not listening to your client. $3. try to influence my wife(she's cute and pregnant) : I am right here in front of you in bright orange t-shirt ! #4. avoid eye contact while speaking: I didn't know salesman can be shy. 5. We want to compare the 2009 Pilot EX , EX-L, and possible 2006-2008 model: but got a trip in the EX(nice cloth seat by the way) to the lot across the street with his ragae blasting to see two used Touring models one with pimp my ride chrome wheels and hideous fake wood interior. I would love to have the Touring trim but that's not OUR PRIORITY. We finally put a stop to the charade and repeat our interest to test drive a Pilot since all have the same engine and drive train. #5 unless you are bipolar going from a cheering/funky mood to a subdue mood says it all about your goal: a quick sale without the work. Well, I got to test drive the thing...around the block, NO freeway MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY. I know that car salesman are mostly transient employee but at least make an attempt to behave professionally, learn something about effective salesmanship, and your client demographic. I am still waiting for my Fred Factor. By the way my wife and I are in the sale and service business with 9 years post high school education and 10 years in our own business. Overall the Pilot is very roomy and solidly built, the AC is strong, drives like the Odyssey, and looks like a pug/bull dog. I love the car not the experience...sob. more

Great Car Buying Experience 6/29/2009

After 3 weekends of searching lots we stumbled into Klein Honda. They had the best selection for our budget right away, and their entire staff was very helpful. There was no pressure, all service. We came away with a far better car than I thought we would, and Klein Honda did it within our budget. I could not be happier with the entire experience at Klein Honda, and we're already sending our friends and family there. Pros: huge selection, helpful sales more

Best Honda Service Department! They save you money! 10/2/2008

My husband and I recently moved into the Seattle area from California. We had a Honda Pilot that needed to be serviced. The service light alert popped up in the dash and we did not know where to take our Pilot in for servicing. I started to search for recommended local Honda dealers on google and city search and noticed that I had a couple of choices, but I wanted to get my Pilot serviced by a reputable dealer. So I read several dealer reviews and decided to go with the dealer that had the most positive feedback. I wanted to be certain that I was going to be treated well and receive a fair price because in the past I was taken advantage of. (I will not provide the dealer name that did this to me in California). The recommended dealer was Klein Honda, so I called them up and scheduled an appointment. When I brought my car in for servicing, Klein Honda promptly greeted me and asked if I wanted a shuttle ride or wait in the lounge until my car was done. I thought that was just wonderful that they gave me options. I decided to wait and the car was serviced faster then expected. At checkout when paying for my bill they asked me if I was a Klein Honda rewards card member. I replied no and then my service advisor proceeded to explain the details of the program. He showed me how I can save a lot of money today and on every service visit. I decided to register for the program and my bill was cut in half. I remembered that everyone I came into contact with at Klein was happy and energetic. I had a great experience with this dealer and will return in the future when my Pilot needs more servicing. more

Not located in Seattle, but the dealership rocks the house for Everett, WA. Great customer service! 9/26/2008

I had spent my entire Saturday driving around to different car lots and fighting with the wonderful traffic of todays society to come up empty handed on buying a car. I went back home tired and highly frustrated in my attempt to find the next dream car. The entire experience just sucked. I wondered if it was worth the hassle to buy my first vehicle. I seriously thought about just buying a bicycle and taking the city transit bus. So Sunday morning I had enough encouragement to try again. This time I decided to try my hometown Everett and stay away from mainstream Seattle area. At the time I thought that I could get a better deal in Seattle, but soon realized this was not the case. So I drove to several local car dealers and was still not "wowed!" Then I stumbled upon Klein Honda in Everett and felt at ease. The atmosphere was different and it just fitted my personality. It could have been the helpful salesman ( ex Nordstrom employee) so he knew what customer service was about. So I got along with him great. We started looking at some cars and then suddenly, I saw it. It was perfect and I told him that this is finally the one. It was a black Honda Accord with tinted windows. Man it looked aggressive, I had to have it. So we talked numbers and came to an agreement that fit my budget. It was actually all pretty easy. I just wanted to tell me story and thank Klein Honda for helping me find that perfect first car. Thanks again and I do recommend Klein Honda to everyone! I am sending my grandma there for sure more

Outstanding Sales Experience 9/7/2008

These guys rocked me in a 08 Fit Sport and I couldn/t be happier! In and out in 3 hours with a saleman that was both courteous as he was knowledgeable. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. Paid book value on my trade and sold the new Fit to me at a fair price (especially consdering their selling like hotcakes.Every other place had them marked wayyyyyy up. I could tell they really wanted my business. Best experience I've ever had in the car business. Pros: courteous professional staff. Efficient sales process. more

No-pressure, hassle-free place to find your car! 3/17/2008

We just purchased a vehicle from the used inventory lot at Klein Honda. Not only are we thrilled with the car we found there (excellent condition, low milage, great price) but we found Klein Honda to be among the best of the dealerships that we have visited over the past few months while car shopping. The salesman were very knowledgable about the vehicles we were interested in and they were all very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable looking around the lot without feeling pressured. Once we decided on the car that we wanted the paperwork and the actual process of purchasing the vehicle was pleasant and completely hassle-free. We really appreciated the honesty and professional integrity of the people at Klein Honda. I highly recommend Klein Honda! Pros: Inventory selection, service, expertise Cons: None! more

Best Car Buying Experience Yet! 3/6/2008

This was my third car buying experience and I must say that it was the best. I decided to switch my loyalty and go to an import and buy a Honda Accord. This was a great decision. I just love the way the Accord handles and smooth acceleration, plus it looks cool. The best thing that I enjoyed about Klein Honda was the fact that they listen to my wants and needs and were not pushy. They answered all my questions and I was able to buy with confidence and pride. I know that I will be returning in the near future and I have already sent my relatives their to buy their new CR-V. I truly understand their concept of "Where you're simply treated better! In addition, I have already used my free oil change (a gift you get with your car) and the same solid service is instilled in their service department. Thanks Klein Honda Pros: They treat you with respect and listen to your wants and needs Cons: the only con would be that they were busy, but were still able to meet all of my needs more

Best Honda Dealership in the Northwest 12/4/2007

Too often we go through life without acknowledging excellent service and quality treatment received from an auto dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from Klein Honda in Everett, Washington and I am compelled to share with others the excellent service I received from this family owned and operated Honda dealership located in Everett, Washington. I was looking for a specific vehicle and the Klein family went out of their way to locate exactly what I was looking for in a new car. (Price, color, options, etc.) The actual purchase was negotiated without pressure and their sales and service staff were professional, informative and passionate about making feel me feel comfortable with my decision and remain within my allocated budget. The paper work and financing was handled quickly and efficently with no issues or surprises. My new car was delivered when promised and surpassed all my expectations. It is very encouraging to encounter a dealership that prides themselves in being able to deliver a quality product at a reasonable price. Prior to finalizing my purchase from Klein Honda I shopped several other Honda dealerhips within a fifty (50) mile radius and at no time did any of the other dealers make an effort to work with me to satisfy my specific requirements. The other dealerships were focused on selling me a "car" from their inventory with little or no concern for my specific requirements. In conclusion, if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I would recommend that you make Klein Honda your only stop. You will not be disappointed. Pros: Knowledgable staff, huge selection, good location, fair pricing Cons: None more
