I went in to have the oil changed in my 2000 Honda Accord I'd purchased from Klein Honda 110,000 miles ago. When I asked what my car would have in trade in value I was introduced to JW who took the ball from there. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient as he asked what I would want in a new car . JW wasn't the stereotypical pushy car salesman, but with a quiet and confident persistance he found me a beautiful new-to-me car within my price range. I would highly recommend Klein Honda for their exceptional customer service and their willingness to listen to and meet your new car needs. more

Klein Honda Service 10/5/2010

I work in outside sales and get to see a lot of different companies. I usually only write reviews after I have dealt with a company a couple of times and Klein Honda’s Service is amazing. The one thing that stands out the most is the willingness to go above a beyond the call of duty. When I give examples to my clients and customers of exceptional customer service I frequently use Klein Honda as the example. Just yesterday I was driving from Burlington to Seattle and I got a flat tire, I called Klein Honda and they said to bring it in right away and they would wait for me (it was almost 6pm when I called and they close at 6). I got there a little after 6:15pm and CJ and Ryan fixed my tire and got me back on the road. I can’t thank them enough and for that I will always go to and buy from Klein Honda!!! more

Best Car-Buying Experience EVER! 10/4/2010

We just finished purchasing a car from Klein Honda and received the absolute most incredible service we've ever had when purchasing a car. We purchased our last car from a different Honda dealership and the experience was much more intimidating and stressful. At Klein Honda we felt like we were dealing with good friends. The atmosphere was laid back, personable and super friendly. We spent a few weeks trying to find the perfect minivan for our growing family and after looking at several different dealerships (including other Honda dealers) in the area we were blown away by the treatment we received at Klein Honda. Not only did they find us the exact perfect car we were looking for, down to every last detail, but they gave it to us at a price that was FAR below anything we could find anywhere else. Jeff, one of the sales managers, took amazing care of us. He really blew us away and we genuinely believe that he had our best interests in mind. We LOVED our experience at Klein Honda. We will wholeheartedly recommend them to all of our friends and family. Next time we buy a car we'll know to go straight to Klein Honda. Wow. You will not be disappointed! more

Service was horrible 10/4/2010

Recently I wrote a review about me getting a great deal at Klein; however, I noticed a couple body problems that I missed while at the dealership and brought the car back there. After looking deeper into the body problems it was obvious that the car has been in an accident before because body parts didn't align correctly and the entire front end was repainted along with the passenger door. When I went back they just blew me off with a lot of bs after saying they wanted to make sure I was treated properly. They obviously are like the stereotypical dealership, devious. more

What is happening at Klein Honda? 10/3/2010

In reading these reviews clearly there was a time when perhaps Klein Honda provided quality customer caring experiences. It is evident that that time is long gone. What happened to Klein Honda? Perhaps the economic down turn has damaged their profit margins so badly that they now have to rip off their customers and carelessly shuttle them through like cattle to make any money? I am deeply disturbed by the comments I am reading on this review and highly disappointed in this company’s behavior. I have also read another story very similar to this post below. These are one of the most difficult economic times in our history and we need to do our research before spending our money for new purchases. This is why I chose to research where I wanted to purchase my new Honda. I work hard for my money and want to feel good about where I spend my dollars. They do not come easily these days as we all know. Too bad Klein Honda for your poor and disgraceful behavior. I was ready to purchase, have cash to buy and I don’t feel you deserve the opportunity to try to screw me over as you have these other people. You are getting very poor reviews not only here but with other consumer sites. At least we will all know that if Klein Honda goes under it will be by their own devices. They will not be able to blame it on the economy like everyone else. Klein Honda, the only bail out option you have is to try to reclaim yourself as a neighborhood, family friendly, community friendly company that actually gives a hoot. To be big enough to admit when you make a mistake and to fix it like a responsible, caring member of the community. I hope the other Honda dealerships have their arms wide open ready to receive all of the customers your are chasing away. I will be sure to pass on this post to my new dealership as I hand them the check for my purchase. I will let them know that there will be much more business coming their way. Worst service ever!!! 10/2/2010

If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. My sister bought a car here. Not some used up piece but a brand new car, a nice one, an expensive one. This dealership made a good profit from the sale of this car to her. After having aftermarket accessory (which they sold to my sister and also profited from) installed through Klein Honda she found out they had caused nearly $7000 in damage to her car. The sales experience was great until she found out there was this issue. Then, everyone at this dealership treated her rudely, caused her terrible stress by denying the issue as long as they could or just not responding to her calls which led her to have preterm labor problems (she was nine months pregnant at the time), and have since failed to even apologize or accept responsibility for what happened. She had to come sit in their lobby (nine months pregnant and legally disabled) with her two year old child for hours for them to even address the problem. At least five able-bodied salesmen watched her transfer her two child seats, a stroller, and the rest of her belongings from the damaged vehicle into the loaner car they gave her, all of this while it was pouring down rain and she was soaked by the time she was finished. They only gave her a loaner car after she refused to leave their premises without a letter from them stating there was not damage to her car that left the vehicle unsafe to drive (there was, the airbags were damaged). The general manager never once returned her calls over the last seven months when she left more than one voicemail requesting him to do so. He has since stated, in a letter from Klein Honda's attorney, that he was out of town for an extended period....I'll say, out of town for seven months is an extended period. She has lost thousands of dollars due to Klein Honda's negligence not to mention all the grief and stress they have caused by how they have bungled the situation before and after they finally admitted the vehicle was damaged. Klein Honda offered her a measly $500 to remedy the situation but to get that measly amount she had to also remove her negative reviews of them she has posted online. She declined that offer and now they have paid an attorney to make the same offer to her....why pay an attorney money instead of up the offer to my sister? What is wrong with these people. They cause damage to her car, treat her horribly when they respond at all, and will give money to an attorney instead of a wronged (by them) customer.....yes, a customer. So, be warned that if you shop here, and you buy here, and then something goes wrong this will be your story too. Klein Honda is only a positive experience until you need them to be there AFTER they made money off you. more

A refreshing Change in buying a car! 9/22/2010

J.W. and Josh helped me find myself a great certified used vehicle within my budget.
