Went to look for a 2010 Honda Insight with my wife yesterday because we received a mailing from them trying to entice us to go there for some good deals. When we got there we were given a sales rep to work with that was totally rude, unfriendly and unpleasant to work with. He left such a bad impression of Klein Honda that we probably will never go back there ever again. Does he think that there is only one dealership that wants our business? Klein Honda, if you are reading this, please train your sales people to be more friendly and professional with your clients or you will lose much of your business and all of your mass mailing and marketing are just going to waste.
