Bought a brand new 2010 Pilot, only 2 months later found out the dvd player Klein had installed had shorted out my airbags and thereby voided out my factory and extended warranties on the airbag system. Klein's response was to attempt to sell me another new car and make another profit off their mistake. Worst customer service (from sales people all the way up to the general manager) I have ever experienced. If you google Klein Honda you will see there have been tons of people dissatisfied with how they push aftermarket accessories and my experience there is proof that these accessories can ruin your car/investment. DO NOT buy here. I had to report them to the attorney general's office to get them to even respond to a portion of my complaint. more
