I went into Klein Honda looking for an SUV. Actually, it was to gain more info on Honda SUV's as I was thinking of purchasing one. Remember, key word is "thinking" of buying a car. Most sales people don't care if you are just "thinking", they will pitch the sales talk and pressure you to buy.
Not with Lai. As I drove up to the lot, I was greeted by this nice young man, Lai. I told I was looking for more info on SUV to accommadate my growing family. Lai took his time to explain each model to me. He provided "scenerios" for each option as to see if it would fit what I was looking for.
About two hours later, I had all the info I needed to help me make this decision. I went home that day without purchasing an SUV, but when that time comes, I know who to request at Klein Honda. It's the nice young man who took his time to assist me - Lai. There was no pressure and everything he said was genuine.
If you looking for a car and seek honesty in your search, definitely go to Klein Honda in Everett and ask for Lai.
