My wife and I just welcomed our new baby girl and we knew it was time to upgrade from our 2-door Honda Coupe to a more "family-friendly" car.
We love Hondas and knew we had get another so we went to Klein Honda of Everett. We were greeted by a young man named Lai. At first, we were thinking "Great, he's going to try to sell", but after introducing himself, Lai was nothing like that. He was very courtesy, listened to our needs and took his time to help us find what we were looking for.
Needless to say, we drove off the lot in our new 4-door Honda Accord. We were happy and didn't feel cheated. It's so hard to trust people these days and salespeople have always had a bad rep of cheating and lying to make a buck. We are so happy to have met Lai. He really exceeded our expectation and because of his honesty and knowledge, we will be referring all our friends and family to Lai of Klein Honda.
