we bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey at KleinHoda last week, it was our BEST car buying experience ever !!! We weren't really going to buy the car that day, but it turns out our salesman Tony Nguyen was the reason we bought the car that day. Tony is just such a great salesman, he is professional, honest and very passionate about his job. He is so knowledgeable and really knows their inventory. Tony shows us a 2006 Honda Odyssey with only 20K mileage on it, great condition and it's honda certified car, the best thing is that we end up getting such a great price because of him, 7K below the KBB !!! After this experience, I will not buy car from anyplace else but Klein Honda, and we will definitely looking for Tony again !! Great Service At Klein Honda, Specially Laith 7/26/2010

We came to Klein Honda in Everett to look around what they have and basically to see if they would have a nice but cheap car for my aunt. First sales person we met was Laith. We thought he would be the typical sales person who would try every sales trick to get you to buy a car. But Laith was the opposite. He asked us what type of vehicle we were looking and said that he would make sure he would make sure he takes care of us the best he could. To make long story short, my aunt liked a 2002 Honda CRV but the price was a bit higher than her budget. Laith made sure that he did the best he could by negotiating for her with his manger. After long 4 hours, my aunt bough the car she wanted with the most reasonable price in the market. I would recommend everybody to take a look at Klein Honda in Everett and ask for LAITH. HE is a GREAT guy who really cares about his clients more than the commission he could make out of you. . I guarantee you would love his service. Pros: Service, Knowledge of Sales people, and quality of vehicles. more

I just got a great deal on a Honda civic from Klein Honda and it was all thanks to Raj who guided me through the process very patiently and educated me on the pros and cons of every choice I would make and he helped negotiate a great deal on my lease. Klein Honda = Excellent Customer Service 7/26/2010

I was looking to trade in my Passat for a new Honda Accord and Raj made it possible. He treated me like a friend and also not once did he become impatient with my questions. I test drove almost 5 cars and took a couple days to decide. Unlike other salesmen at other dealerships, he never pressed me once to make decision. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would definately give Raj the kudos for making me feel that way. Pros: Everything a car buyer would like more

as soon as i walked in a greeted and helped immediately. it was my first time buying a car and Lai Sinaphet walked me through it- even helped me with getting a good insurance quote! i would HIGHLY recommend them! Pros: every one there is VERY friendly and helpful! more

Klein Honda is excellent 7/23/2010

I returned to Klein Honda to look for a replacement Honda (tired of not being able to drive my fuel efficient Honda in the snow!). Alex Luu met us at the door and was very knowledgeable about how to get us into the car that I wanted and gave us our top two choices right away. In fact, we bought the first of the two original choices he presented. We already knew the car's amenities, construction and safety features but Alex was able to provide additional information about economy, four wheel drive features and helped us add our new CRV to our Honda family. I will definitely return to Klein Honda for our next auto purchase (soon as I have a teenager getting ready to join the licensed driver crowd.) Pros: Willing and quick staff, service dept is always helpful Cons: Wish they were closer to my home but I am willing to drive more

Went with my parent to help them buy a car. Jon helped us but they didnt have what we were looking for in stock. Jon gave us his card and was very helpful and courteous and followed up. Great Car Buying Experience 7/23/2010

I returned to Klein Honda to buy a second car. I knew what I wanted to purchase, the color, and accessories. I was introduced to Raj, who was very knowledgeable in the car's amenities, construction and safety features. He let me lead the sale; answering questions as needed. I had an idea of what my CRV was worth, the payments I wanted to pay, etc. He listened to what I needed and helped me get the car I wanted. I love my new Honda Fit. I will return to Klein Honda and Raj for my next car!! Pros: No pressure sales Cons: None more

Did they really offer a price higher than what is advertised 5/25/2010

What a terrible facility these clowns run. It is advertised that Klein Honda esales will offer confidential below market value price with a phone call. Well I call and EJ quotes me a price $1,500 more than what is advertised online! I mean seriously? Do these clowns not know what is even on their website? And when EJ annoyed me with the spewing B.S. which was slopping out of his lips, I called back to talk to someone else...just to get the run around by salesmen who don't even honor what is advertised on their website. Isn't it false advertisement that they would give me the run around when I persisted with asking about the supposed "below market value price?" Klein wins 12/22/2009

We live in Anacortes and already knew that we wanted to buy a Honda Fit. We had dealt with Honda of Seattle on a used / certified Fit and found them unwilling to negotiate my trade in since it had been an accident once. I went to Honda on line and applied for the special end of year 2.9 financing rate. They give you the decision right away and it was super easy. I had contacted dealers via the internet including Simms in Burlington and Northwest in Bellingham. I found the internet sales at Klein (John L.) the most motivated in coming up with a potential deal prior to making it to the lot. We have an 11 month old son and did want to drive from dealer to dealer. Even though there is a higher sales tax we decided to head to Klein because they had the selection and I really got the feeling they wanted to make a sale. At the dealer we worked with Rich on the same specific car we had initially inquired about. After telling Rich that we did not want to pay any ADM, Rich made it clear that there would be no ADM (and if you do not know what that is I suggest you do the research esp in the Seattle market.) After talking numbers and a few back in forth’s to the sales manager we reached a deal. I do not like reading dealer reviews where the reviewer says something to the affect, “Oh it was just the best car buying experience of my life.” Give me a break, buying a car is tiring work. I fully recommend Klein, John L. and Rich. Our 2010 Milano Red Fit is awesome. more

The team at Klein Honda found for me the exact pre-owned car I was looking for, and it was spotless! Everyone I dealt with went the extra mile in making my buying experience a pleasure. Awesome Experience 11/16/2009

Yesterday I bought my first car in 14 years. I am a new widow and was pretty scared about the whole experience of buying a new car on my own. I used a Car Buying service and Klein Honda came up with the lowest price. It's about 50 miles from where I live, but I felt the price was so good that I would give them a visit. I couldn't have been more pleased! I was impressed the minute I walked in the door. I was introduced to several of the guys who work there and everyone was friendly, courteous and ready to help me. They made a "scary" day for me a Wonderful one and I will always be thankful for that. They walked me through every detail of the car I wanted, showed me how everything worked, extra features, safety features, etc. We went for a drive and I loved it! I chose the CR-V 4 W/D with leather interior. There isn't anything about the car that I don't like. It's perfect for running around and I feel very safe with how it handles. I gave it the supreme test when I drove home last night in the wild wind and crazy rain. The car responded beautifully. I felt confident driving alone and reliability was my main concern when choosing a car. The Honda CR-V was rated Tops in Consumer Reports. I have received four phone calls today from the various guys at the dealership and I appreciate their concern and offers of any help in the future. As a single gal, that is important. Fantastic service department 11/12/2009

I stopped into Klein Honda the other day for an oil change. I didn't have an appointment, but I was hoping they would still be able to get me in and they did. Even without an appointment, they were still able to squeeze me in and finish the oil change in under an hour. It was such a relief to have them work with me. And after the oil change Tim went over everything they did in the oil change and inspection and answered all the questions I had. Overall Klein Honda's service department was great! Quick Service at a great price! 11/12/2009

My car was making a strange noise when starting up. After trying other local honda dealerships with no luck, Klein was able tell me exactly what was wrong with my car and had me back on the road in no time. THe shuttle service was just delightful and the staff was awesome!!!!! GO TO KLEIN, you wont regret it. Pros: Friendly service, great technicians! Cons: NONE! more
