Plumbing Repairs 8/2/2016

I recently had the annual plumbing inspection conducted by Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating and Cooling which detected a few problems. The repairs were taken care of the same day at a reasonable cost. The plumbing technician, Ian, conducted himself professionally and efficiently. I had a follow up issue the day following the repairs and Angel (the Boss) came to my home personally to remedy the issue. This company has been serving my needs for many years and I wholeheartedly recommend them to you. more

Shane was the one that did the job he was awesome took care of us put in a new air conditioner in 2 hours. He is great for your guys team I will use him all the time for any AC problems from now on. Thank you more

Ian was very honest and straightforward and on-time. He/the company did NOT try to overcharge me for any unnecessary parts or service etc. 8/1/2016

I would definitely recommend him or use him again for any future work. I needed a Saturday appointment and there was no extra charge for evening or weekend appointments. more

We recently needed a water softener installed that we had bought on our own. Our new house did not come with a water softener hook up when the technician arrived he noticed we had a tankless water heater and said that if we would have installed it directly from the water heater the tankless water heater warranty would have been voided through our home builder. In my book he was well-informed and knew what he was doing did a great job fast and courteous and now we enjoy softer water and still have our warranty on a tankless water heater. The technician from Hawthorne knew what he was doing and informed us every step of the way. He even taught us how to put on new filters on once we got them even though it was not a product we had bought from Hawthorne. I highly recommend this company they even inform you before your technician arrives with a picture so you know who is coming. more

Satisfied Repeat Customer 7/29/2016

I have been a customer of Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling for over five years. They have done major work in my home in all three areas of their expertise. They may not be the cheapest, but I know when I call Hawthorne the work will be done right. That means a lot to me. more

Couldn't be happier 7/29/2016

We were in the middle of a remodel and renters had trashed the house, so Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling had to replace two bathtubs and do some other miscellaneous plumbing repairs. They replaced the water heater and made some air conditioning repairs--and every aspect of it was phenomenal. They made it easier for us because they were always on time. They also had to special order bathtubs that got here on rush order very quickly. And, I think that both the air conditioning and plumbing techs were very knowledgeable. Although they are one of the pricey ones--falling into the get-what-you-pay-for category--they definitely do a good job. more

Brand new a/c was not installed properly & required a second service call to install properly. I'm thankful that my family owns a plumbing business in Orange County & had some knowledge in turning... 7/29/2016

When second service call was required, technician inspected unit and saw that hose was not connected properly with a lot of oil on ground & not enough collant in a/c - technician had to reattach hose & add proper coolant. I'm thankful as I'm sure Hawthorne is as well, that newly installed a/c did not completely seize-up. Thankfully, as mentioned, my family owns a plumbing business in Orange County & that I had some knowledge in knowing to turn it off in advance. That's just plain & simple, WRONG. Upon second service call I bought a contract from Hawthorne & am hoping that nothing like this happens in the future. more
