We recently needed a water softener installed that we had bought on our own. Our new house did not come with a water softener hook up when the technician arrived he noticed we had a tankless water heater and said that if we would have installed it directly from the water heater the tankless water heater warranty would have been voided through our home builder. In my book he was well-informed and knew what he was doing did a great job fast and courteous and now we enjoy softer water and still have our warranty on a tankless water heater. The technician from Hawthorne knew what he was doing and informed us every step of the way. He even taught us how to put on new filters on once we got them even though it was not a product we had bought from Hawthorne. I highly recommend this company they even inform you before your technician arrives with a picture so you know who is coming.
