Shane & Todd are very knowledgable. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all at any time. They wore shoe plastic slip-ons, covered the floors and went right to work. Shane showed us pictures before we decided on our options. We Highly recommend them!! more

The office personnel were very professional and the technician cleared up the problem once he arrived. My only complaint is that I was given a 10-2 window and received a call at 1:45 that the plumber was still at his first job and the client "kept finding more things for him to fix" - he didn't arrive until after 3pm, which seriously impacted my schedule for the afternoon, and I had to change my plans. I was a little concerned that he didn't leave the first job when he was finished with what he had been contracted for, and was late for my job. more

Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling takes care of our heating and air. They came back and did servicing for winter for the heater, but in the spring we needed to have a hot water heater installed. It was leaking and we didn't know it, so it needed to be definitely replaced. They made all the arrangements and had it installed that same day. There was no waiting--just made a phone call and they were here and that's it. Everything is fine. more

Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling installed a water heater for us about five years ago. We haven't really needed their service too much since then, until earlier this week. I had been gone for a week and somehow I turned the temperature down on the hot water tank, then turned it back up. Evidently, the pilot light had gone out so I called Hawthorne Plumbing to come out and take a look at it. They were very professional and even came out to the house the same day I called. They lit the pilot for me and serviced the tank. We are very satisfied with their service. We will definitely recommend them to friends. more

While the business description may not saturate you with information or praises, don't overlook this company because Hawthorne is fantastic! They are very courteous and helpful and have your best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Their customer service agents do a fantastic job determining the type of service you need and pairing you with the perfect serviceman as well as setting up your appointment. The serviceman is highly knowledgeable and capable and will not try to pressure you into buying something beyond your means or that you don't need. The focus is solely on resolving the problem in the most efficient way possible that you are also comfortable with you. While I have not had extensive interaction with plumbing companies I can say that Hawthorne nailed every aspect of the experience and are definitely number one on my list! I highly recommend using Hawthorn for your plumbing and HVAC needs! more

Anthony, the technican was very nice and the only reason why i will use the plumbing side again, despite having a maintenance prepaid maintenance contract for both my homes with your company and recently spending 12,000 on new A/c units with Shane at one property. This girl was a complete joke and does NOT represent your company whatsoever and does NOT belong or match your company. she was rude, condescending and did not read, comprehend or speak to me like a human being as did the wonderful gal on Friday who coordinated everything and knew and documented everything on Friday for the technician. I went ahead and purchased a new water heater somewhere else after dealing with terrible woman. it was only becasue Anthony ended up calling me back and was so kind and understanding that i am even writing this now. I still have not had the maintenance on that property and need to be called back for Anthony to come do the yearly inspection. If i was a first time customer, I would be writing much worse that this and i would also be yelping this all over as well. She does not and should not be working with customers, period!! Shane and Anthony are such a pleasure as was the scheduler on Friday such a sweetheart. more
