All excellent 3/17/2017

This is the third review I have given, and will be my last. Jake is great, as was the gentleman repairing the drywall, can't remember his name. Your company is excellent in everything, but I am tired of sending reviews, one of which required a stamp. Please stop asking for reviews. more

The Service Was Excellent 3/13/2017

Hawthorne Plumbing Heating and Cooling did was wonderful. They came out, they were honest, and they knew exactly what they were doing. They unplugged my toilet and then there was something underneath the house they did, I'm not exactly sure what it was, but it was an ordeal. I didn't care for the price but I can't really do anything about that. Maybe that is just a normal plumbing thing, though. The service was excellent. I had never worked with them before, but I would go back, no doubt about it. They are very efficient. They find out what the problem is, and other than prices being on high side, there is nothing wrong with their services. more

Rental property peace of mind 2/23/2017

We were out of state when our rental property had a plumbing emergency. We were happy that Hawthorne was there to handle it but we thought the cost was a little high -- the cost of doing business. more

What I was hiring was a service person to repair my plumbing what I received and ended up paying for was a salesman who went thru my home telling me why I needed a $5000 item. Business usually pay to advertise these people come into your home and you pay them for there advertising. There should be a law against this. When you hire someone to do a job that is what you should get more

Service Was Prompt and They Did a Good Job 2/15/2017

We needed a replacement part to repair our system. Once we called Hawthorne Plumbing Heating and Cooling we got the part and they fixed it. They did a very good job. The technician was excellent, my husband really liked him. His name was Phillipe. We were very pleased, all we had to do was pay for the shipping and the service call and that was very reasonable. The service was very prompt and they did a very good job. more

Good service. 1/31/2017

We have a maintenance contract with Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They come out a couple of times a year to check on our air conditioning and heating units. The guy they send out is always nice and very professional. We have recommended this company to friends and will continue to do so. more
