Very good shop! Offered repairs at a reasonable cost and even explained the cost. Also offered options of shat kind of parts to use, as well as a breakdown for all. Would definitely recommend and am going to be using them going forward! Thank you! I recently moved to Atlanta area and was very skeptical of many repair shops claiming to be specializing in European cars, this place is definitely the real deal though. more

I absolutely LOVEEEE this place! The owner Kim & her staff is amazing & extremely professional!!! She made me feel like she cares more about my car getting fixed besides the money I would be spending! As a female, I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of b/c I am clueless when it comes to cars. I took my car to 2 places before taking it to European Imports and no one could fix it except European Imports. I am soooo glad I have a place that I can trust, that's affordable, that also cares about their customers. more

I always take my Mercedes to Kellie and her team. As a woman, dealing with another woman was very important to me. Kellie always takes the time to explain everything to me and she makes sure I always know my options--there is never a high pressure sales technique like they sometimes do at the dealership. \r \r I recently took my car there for service and it needed a repair that EIS doesn't do. Not only did Kellie take care of getting my car back and forth to the other service provider, but she didn't even charge an additional Service fee like some other Auto Repair shops do. I paid the exact same amount that I would have paid had I taken the car to the other place on my own. You just don't find service like that anymore.\r \r She has taken such good care of my Mercedes that now I am taking my Mini to her as well. Because of the superior work done at EIS, I have referred a friend to her (another woman) who is just as satisfied with the service. \r \r Kudos to Kellie and her team. I will not take my M&Ms anywhere else.\r \r Thanks, Kellie. more

Class Act - What companies still send you a thank you letter using a stamp? European Import Specialists. After 3 bad returns with another garage claiming to specialize in Mercedes-Benz, we were recommended to EIS. They were honest, worked with the parts supplier on our behalf and got the job done right the first time. I'm finally feeling like I can drive somewhere without calling a tow-truck. Great company and I highly recommend. Thanks!! more

The 2nd Best Auto Repair Experience 3/1/2013

The 2nd Best Auto Repair Experience Ever. The best experience I ever had was for free (Cobb County Toyota); so I guess you could say this was the ""Best Paid Auto Repair Experience Ever"". Although I was hoping for a lower repair cost (who doesn't hope for that), EIS was 57% of the dealer quote (dealer quote didn't include the idler pulley either). The EIS tech (Jesse) diagnosed the cause and corrective action for the problem (squealing belt; R&R tensioner assembly) before providing the quote (no guess work). We've been driving the car for several weeks now without any issues (no squealing).\r \r I work only a few miles from the shop; EIS graciously volunteered to provide transport to and from work.\r \r 2013.03.01 Update: Another good experience, this time for clutch replacement... Again, they were significantly less than the dealer, AND they replaced bad negative-side battery cable no charge (apparently it disintegrated when Jesse unhooked it; no fault of Jesse, I think the part was defective from the factory). I offered to pay for the new cable; Kelly said ""no way, it's on us."" more

I went to United BMW of Roswell a few months ago and told them to please reprogam my front adaptive headlamp as it was a used replacement after my car was in an accident. I specifically asked for reprogramming as I had done my research. Instead they came back and told me I needed a complete new replacement at $2100. I was quite disappointed with them though thankful to them as they uncovered another potentially disastrous problem with my vehicle. A few months later I went to European Import Specialists for a 2nd opinion. The headlamp only needed to be reprogrammed as they found. They charged me $90 to get the job done compared to United BMW of $135 for no job done. Lesson learned: They can do the same job the dealership can and can't do for a lot less. more

First, I do not do not write many reviews, but the front office (Kelly & Melissa) deserves accolades for the professional and exemplary service they displayed when I brought my vehicle in for service. I am very choosey who touches my vehicles and only allow qualified techs to ever put their hands on any part of my car. I felt this security once I meet Keith (Head Tech). The service I had performed on my vehicle was done correctly, professionly, on time, and for a fair price. I highly recommend this company and it's staff to anyone who is discerning about their vehicle. more

Excellent Service 4/19/2012

I recently purchased a Mercedes CLK and wanted to make sure before sales were final that the car was in as great as shape as the salesman led me to believe. I scheduled an appointment with European Import Specialist and received a honest and fair price about making a proper diagnosis. The staff was courteous and friendly and treated me like family. They explained all the necessary repairs and did not rush or force a thing. They made me feel comfortable and I look forward to having all regular scheduled maintenance performed by the staff at European Import Specialist. I would highly recommend anyone owning a Mercedes to get there repairs fixed at this shop. more

Best In Atlanta 4/12/2012

After experiencing an unexpected problem to my C300 and visiting several Mercedes dealers that wanted to charge an outrageous fee to diagnosis the car, I was referred to European Import Specialists. Met with owner Kelly, she got me in diagnosis the car, found the problem and started ordering parts for the car, along with setting me up with a rental for that day so that I would have a car to get around in while her staff fixed the problem. Never experience anything like that before. I recommed anyone that owns a BMW, Porshe, Mercedes, MINI, Audi and VW to visit European Import Specialists. The Best In Town. Thanks to Kelly and her staff. Job well done. more

A CUT ABOVE THE REST!!!! E.I.S. 3/7/2012

I am so impressed with European Import Specialist ( EIS ) of Marietta. They are an outstanding and no nonsense shop. I know what to expect for my regular maintenance on my C230 . Kelly, the owner and her staff are a cut above ""ALL"" the Mercedes dealerships I've encountered since owning my Benz!!! They are polite, proactive and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND E.I.S. European Import Specialists 1/25/2012

I visited European Import about 2 weeks ago because my computer in my X5 kept lighting up that my coolant level was low. I came back out to realize that it was pouring out on the ground at about 10 min to 5. I was referred to them by a coworker that had never visited their business before. Well when I pulled up all of the service men were gone for the day but the nice young ladies in the front came out to assit me. I was aked if I wanted to leave it there until tomorrow and offered a rental car. Upon opening they called me to tell me the problem and the price. I received very good service and I will return if I have any more issues. They are honest people and they even send thank you cards in the mail. more

Another satisfied customer 1/14/2012

First of all let me say...I'm a car guy, and as such I generally change my own oil. I purchased my Porsche and was going to change the oil myself until I realized it was much more difficult and expensive to do. So I thought... hey, I'll check with the local shops for rates. Ouch! Then I came across EIS and a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady on the phone gave me a price I could hardly do it for myself. So off to EIS I went. Everyone was awesome there. No surprises or add-ons. I just received a personal Thank You card in the mail this week too. Nice touch folks. Needless to say, I will be back and have already passed their name on to friends. Kudos EIS. more

Top notch service 1/9/2012

The ladies at the front desk were very kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They got me in and out in one day for a repair that would have typically taken two to have completed. Also, the quote that they gave me for my repair was very reasonable and probably cheaper then what my previous mechanic would have given me. Yep, I said previous! I love the fact that during the repair, the mechanic noticed that I had low windshield wiper fluid (warning light was illuminated on the dashboard) and topped me off at no additional charge. I also love the fact that the printout that they gave me with my receipt included a diagnosis report that listed all the fault codes. And get this, a few days later after the repair, I received a thank you card from the shop. I don't know about you, but I have never received one from a repair shop. For me, It's always the little things that matter. I have finally found a repair shop that I feel is honest, reliable, more than fair and believes in exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for all future needs. more

Best specialist I have seen in 20 years 11/27/2011

I consider myself a good mechanic, and when I can't fix something, it is generally a pretty expensive and time-consuming repair. When I brought my BMW to European Import Specialists, I had already heard great things, but they went above my expectations. The staff members were super friendly and accommodating. They diagnosed the car and gave me a list of things that needed repaired. They provided them in order of importance and difficulty to repair so I could remain within my budget. They took the time to explain their entire business to me. They gave me cookies, worked fast on my car and had me out very quickly with a car that was ready for the road. Then a few days later, I received a hand-written Christmas card, thanking me for my business. They genuinely care about their customers and their business. It shows. They are a genuine shop. Please be wise and avoid the dealers (AKA ""stealers""). VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER!!! more

Quality Service, Knowledgeable Staff 10/23/2011

I have been using European Import Specialist since 2001. They have worked on my family's Porsche, BMW and Mercedes over the years. Kellie runs a very knowledgeable and trustworthy shop. I have always been able to get in touch with them over any problem and find out their opinion on any issue. I've always felt they do a very good job of quickly repairing and maintaining a highly complicated German (or other European) vehicle. more

oil change 10/16/2011

I recently visited European Import Specialist for a synthetic oil change on my Mercedes S500. It was my first time there and I wasnt sure what to expect. The two ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. The shop smelled very pleasant and there were two massage chairs to relax in as i waited. They also provided free wifi so I was able to continue my work as I waited. Needless to say they made me feel very comfortable. I didnt have to wait very long at all for my car to be serviced and they even provided me with a free diagnostic. I must say I was thoroughly pleased my experience at European Import Specialist and I will definitely return for my next service more

100% Satisfied Customer 9/5/2011

I moved to Atlanta from NH a few weeks back and needed a repair shop within a week of being here. I was nervous to take my older Audi to any repair shop because I did not want to have every little problem fixed, I just wanted a honest evaluation of what my car really needed. I was told about European Import Specialists and am so lucky that I found this shop. They got me in immediately and dealt with my issue (the window wouldn't go up) within one day. During the day they called to authorize an additional small repair (window key pad) but charged me only for the part and not the labor. Everyone European Import Specialists is extremely friendly and interested in their customers. They even stayed open late for me to come pick up my car at the end of the day when I got out of work late. As an additional perk they will set you up with a rental car for the day (at the best rates- they don't make any off the top) or organize a cab for you. I will bring my car here as long as I am living in Atlanta and will be lucky to find a shop full of as nice and honest people in another place! more
